Fraudulent company be careful, service dept made it seem like they were helping me. Advised me that my current mileage was too high to fix power steering... safety recall. I later found out that safety recalls do not expire. They said they could push my mileage back so the repair could be covered. I agreed as I was desperate to have this safety recall repaired. The car broke 3 additional times. They only reset the power steering system. They never actually repaired car. Finally, I went back the 4th time, because steering system malfunctioned again. Ford advised me that the warranty had expired, because I have driven over 20000 miles since repair. Precision got paid for job they never completed. Do not trust this dealer.

This is the worst experience ever. I stopped by there because they had promotion. I got some lottery booklet in the mail and it was looks like it worse... to come there and check what they have. When I came, one employee explained about promotion and everything, then I had test drive. Finally employee of financial department explained payment options to me. Finally 2+ hours later we are agreed with payments and everything, but thennn another guy from the same financing Dept told me that this price doesn't work with that particular car what I had test drive and spoke with 3 people in that dealership. Finally I waste there 3 hours and got nothing simply because of miscommunication between employees of this dealership.
Keith west left a voice mail on my phone saying I did not have the xxxxx and wasn't man enough to come in and buy a vehicle. I spoke with him once before... and do not have a joking relationship with him. He also used profanity multiple times. As a retired SSG and purple heart recipient while being Infantry. I don't think my man hood should be in question. I have bled for this great country and everyone who resides in it. People like him don't deserve our protection. And it also reflects badly on his place of business. I will make it my personal goal to get this dealership blacklisted on Ft Bragg so no troops will purchase from them. as well as post on every reviewing website.
Gave proper paperwork to cancel GAP ins, told wait was 4 weeks. Months have gone by, they never return calls/voicemails. Every time I have to physically... go to the dealership and am then given excuses like an employee quit so they are behind. Finally filed a complaint and was told by Jay Jaynes that the check was already sent-which is clearly false as we still have not received it. Also mentioned/corrected him because we filled out 2 requests to cancel GAP for 2 vehicles. Jay responds by saying they just now are processing the second request and states that processing always takes 60 days. This communciation all completed through BBB as he will still not return our calls. We will, yet again, have to physically go to the dealership to speak with them. Clearly employees are giving completely false information to customers or Jay is. They aren’t processing the refunds as they should and are ignoring customers who try to follow up. Will no longer be one of their customers.
They never fixed my car, created new problems with my car, mischarged me $533, they will not call you back, and they lose appointments. Never fixed the... problem- Came in because my car makes sputtering sounds and hesitates when accelerating from a stop. Michael Boyce was my technician. He said the problem was the clutch and replaced it. I didn’t even leave the parking lot when I noticed it wasn’t fixed, another technician verified that the noise was still there and I made another appointment. At the next appointment they gave it back to Michael Boyce, and he denied it was even a problem. Created new Problems– They recommended new tires so I got them. Before leaving the parking lot I instantly noticed a whooshing noise. A different technician came out and said the tire was not installed properly and fixed it. Mistakenly charged me $533 extra- They installed a clutch I didn’t need after misdiagnosing the problem. It was covered under warranty but they still charged me $533 for it. A manager did fix the mischarge. Will not call you back I received a voicemail about my car and called back as instructed. The woman didn’t have the info ready and said she would call back. I waited for an hour and called back again. This time she said she couldn’t find my car. She called back 10 minutes later and finally gave the news that they recommended new tires. When I was in the office, I also heard her field a call where someone else was complaining about not getting a call back. Lost Appointments I made an appointment for Friday online and they had my information when I arrived. They didn’t have the parts in so she made me a new appointment for Monday. I came in and she said I was not in the system. They didn’t fix the problem so she told me she made me another appointment. I had verbal confirmation and she wrote it down. I came in for that appointment and once again she said I wasn’t in the system. It was a quick fix but not very reassuring. The good parts Car Rental- Easy process, did not charge me anything for it. Manager- A manager spotted the mistaken charge and fixed it. However, when I called I was sent to voicemail. 2nd Opinion Technician- When I noticed the problem was not fixed they brought in another technician to look it over. He quickly fixed the improperly installed tire and verified that the clutch was not the problem and recommended further service.
Mr. Moore was very helpful, extremely honest, straight forward with a touch of southern charm. This experience made us feel welcomed like family. He made... this experience the best that we have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Thank you Mr. Moore for everything.
General manager told me he would send me a check for the tank of gas that was promised the night of sale after the gas card grow legs. I went there to... get tag after the 30 tag ran out a had to wait on them to get title. New general manager said he was a week in the job and wanted to change my very bad experience with the worst dealership I've seen. I told him that would be hard because I would never return for any reason, he said he would send me a check for the tank of gas I was promised the night of the sale.I have not seen that check after being told that Feb. 15th. He wasn't there when this started but he sure fits right in.Dont trust this dealership for any reason.
Ms K. Yarley is exceptional! My wife and I told Kate what we were looking for in a car. Her ability to satisfy her clients is impressive and made the car... buying process flawless. She impressively closed the deal with the top of the line paperless process! We were in and out of the dealership within an hour and thirty minutes!
