If I could give them zero I would.
If I could give them zero I would. I have called service asked for Larry twice now, in the span of a month. No call back nothing. Also, called and asked for Kenny. Supposedly he is the service manager. What the deal is, my wife owns a 2018 Ford explorer, we had a misfire and we brought it in. No big deal, a change the spark plugs etc ring us up for 1k and we are out the door in a week. Well my wife went on travel, came back and stated the AC is not working. Well the only people under the hood was these guys. So, I start my calls. We are at over one month, and oh by the way the original problem is back. The car misfired and decelerated on the highway. Would love for a call back but I am not holding my breath. Next stop is Ford dealership in Mandeville for service. Do we not do callbacks anymore???

Johnny Brown is THE reason I used Supreme Ford of Slidell and is THE reason I will continue to use them. This is the second time he assisted me in purchasing a brand new vehicle and each experience exceeded my expectations. I’ll sum it up this way; first vehicle I bought was in 2010 I drove that same vehicle to meet up with him in October 2024 with 227k on the odometer. Attempted to schedule an appointment for my first oil
Attempted to schedule an appointment for my first oil change, tire rotation, and recall. Upon speaking with a service member I was told “just come on in, no need to schedule an appointment” Fast forward to the day I would have originally scheduled the appointment for - I arrive and the service department says ”oh I’m sorry we can’t fit you in, you need to schedule an appointment” after talking with the same service rep and letting them know I was told an appointment wasn’t necessary he told me “I wouldn’t have said that”. xxxx poor performance by Supreme Ford of Slidell. From an entire Ford owning family, I won’t be back.

Purchased a used 2018 raptor for over $50,000, less than
Purchased a used 2018 raptor for over $50,000, less than a year later and less than 20k mi driving, check engine light on and cam phaser replacement along with radiator hose leak needed- $3,500 repair with 100k tune up, plus over $600 car rental for 10 day rental. Not pleased with service area, length of repair, AND paying for repair after less than a year. Difficulty with contacting service department and getting return calls after numerous messages left.
