    I actually went to checkout the vehicle, and I met an outstanding crew. I did not expect not was I looking to drive off the lot the same day. But I enjoyed the customer service and how I was able to drive the vehicles I found on the Cars website. I bought a brand new Impala ltz. I want to say thanks to the crew and cars, the vehicle was listed for the exact price as online. So many other dealers will change the price when you come in. But I want to cars.com and Page Chevy.

    I took my car to Page Chevrolet for a engine swap. The service manager Vincent Brown was very diligent in making sure everything was done right. He definitely went the extra mile. Better than other dealers I've been to.

    I don't want the same Camaro everyone else has so I went to Page to do some upgrades. Stephen in service helped every step of the way even when there were issues that came up as they were working on my vehicle. He made sure I was aware and made sure I had transportation whether it was a shuttle ride or a loaner car. Car runs perfect and looks great! Will not take my 2017 Camaro to anyone other than Stephen at Page Chevrolet!

    Albeit brief, I had a horrible experience at Page Chevrolet. I arrived at 6:30 pm on a Saturday evening. They were scheduled to close at 8:00 pm. Seeing as this was New Year's Eve, and given the evil eye that the receptionist was giving me inside, I thought perhaps the stores was going to close early. I walk in and ask if they were closing early. She proceeded to ask me if I'm planning to buy a car, because if I'm going to buy a car (tonight), she's sure she can find someone to sell me one. I'm currently in the market for a 2016 Impala. I tell her that I'm not sure if I'm going to walk out with one today, but I'm in the market. She has me follow her a few steps to where three gentlemen are sitting down, lounging, watching the college football game. Another was standing up watching the game. She says, "Hahn, Hahn, you have a customer." Nobody moves. Granted, I'm standing 3 feet in front of everyone. They continue to watch the game. "Hahn, this man is interested in a car..." The play on the screen stops, all 3 men stand up, join up with the 4th man, and walk right past me. Literally, they stood up, I'm now standing in front of all of them, and they walk right past me without even looking my way or acknowledging that I was standing there. I stood there for a few minutes, alone, trying to take in all that just happened, then I was so frustrated by the poor customer service from the time I arrived to that moment where I was ignored so that the sales team could watch the game, to then not even being acknowledged, that I walked out. When I got to my car and started it up, the manager came out to apologize. He stated that "Hahn" was working with a client (the gentleman that was standing up..the 3 sitting down were employees), and that's why he walked past me (still unacceptable). I shared with the manager that I'd sought out the dealership, drove 30 minutes to get there and didn't feel welcome from the time I set foot on the property. Long story short, I wouldn't recommend the dealership given my brief experience there.

    I wasn't looking to buy but I saw the blue Corvette on the show room. We were able to very quickly discuss prices and trade in values in less than 30 minutes. Page Chevrolet followed up with all of my questions in a very timely manner. When I arrived to pick up my car, my car was ready and all of the features, displays, menus, and driver selectable options, were explained to me. The team that helped my buy the car and then deliver the car, were top notch.

    I had a great experience at Page Chevrolet last week. I dropped off my 2013 Chevy Malibu and the Service Manager and staff was great and performed the following: ** Oil Change ** Tire Rotation ** State Inspection ** Emissions Testing ** Fluids Check All of this was performed professionally, quickly, correctly and efficiently. I very much appreciate the shuttle that was able to take me to my home office while the service work was being performed. I rate the Page Service Team a high 10+.     I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. The Service Supervisor Dave was really nice and professional. I can't say the same for Will. He brought to my attention a few things he felt should be serviced when I declined I felt he had an attitude. Then he told me I was ready to go so I paid at the cashier and went to get my vehicle that was not there. When I asked Will was I ready he said 'they gave me the ticket'. I said but my car is still in the bay with the hood up. He then said 'Well he gave me the ticket.' I went to sit back down. About 10 minutes later my car was ready and I purposely waited 15 minutes to see if Will would come and let me know. He didn't. I had another appointment so when I walked towards my car I asked Will did he have any intention on advising me my vehicle was ready. The young man walked away without answering me going back to his desk. I must say this was the WORST service I've ever experienced since I purchased my vehicle from you 3 years ago. That guy needs an attitude check QUICK. I was going to call Dave back to tell him but my Spirit said to let it go because I was so angry at that moment. Glad to see you sent a survey requesting my recent experience at your dealership. I hope the next time I decide to come back that I don't look unfavorably on Page and choose to take my business elsewhere.

    Henrico Texiera was a fantastic, accommodating and low-pressure sales person. He made the process painless and trouble free. When I came to page I had just left Ourisman Chevrolet who tried all the well-known 'tricks' salesmen are notorious for: telling me they didn't have the vehicle I wanted then, when I was ready to walk, magically finding it on the lot, refusing to give me a simple 'drive this vehicle off the lot' price, etc.

    Do not get service done here! I bought a brand new black 2016 Colorado from them with everything but the kitchen sink. You would think the dealer would want a truck like this looking exceptional for brand and company representation, however this dealer could give a damn about that. In the fourth month of ownership, I took it back so they could apply another coat of sealant on the truck that they owed me. Disappointingly, they half assed the wash then did a terrible job applying the sealant. The sealant was applied OVER DIRT that didn't even get washed off! Not only that but there were two new scratches down to the metal. The finance manager insisted it was me who scratches in the truck naturally. I had the finance manager take it back to be redone and fix the scratches (i.e. buff them out) and the guy put wax not even the sealant on my truck. The finance manager told me he personally looked at the tools used by the guy doing the wash and detailing and insisted there was no way he could have scratched the paint. However, he told me the wash was done with a sponge. For anyone who knows anything about cleaning cars sponges CAUSE scratches and swirl marks because they hold the dirt before the surface of the sponge and your vehicle! At that point I just took my keys never to return. I arrived at the dealership with a truck void of scratches and swirl marks and left with all kinds of swirl marks and two new scratches through the paint. To his credit, the finance manager tried to be helpful but the quality of service means nothing if the quality of work is horrendous.
