Great dealership. The experience at Mini of Portland (MPDX) was outstanding. From Ryan Dooley (sales) to Bryn Weigel (finance) they were both very personable and professional. Even though buying a used 2014 Mini I felt like my wife and I were treated as customer Number 1. The young women at the reception desk were fun to talk to and other staff we came in contact with were equally engaging. I feel like we got a fair deal and we are quite happy with our Mini. MPDX appears to only keep higher quality vehicles and do a thorough cleaning and comprehensive maintenance prior to putting on the sales lot.

Personable experience
Krista was all I could have asked for in my experience as an anxious and unexpected car shopper. We spent nearly 5 hours together researching and finding the perfect car for me. This included multiple back and forth trips to their car warehouse, unconditional patience with me and listened to my wants and needs. Mini is my car home for life.

Splendid Service
Our advisor was thorough in noting the details of an intermittent issue and consistent with communication while our car was in for service. Our tech sorted the issue and I really like the new setup of a summary video sent so I knew what was going on before the advisor even had a chance to contact me. And I was surprised and delighted that with precious little time left on the warranty, another issue I wasn't even aware of was addressed! I'm quite pleased with the whole experience.
