I always feel spoiled when I visit the Mini Dealership -- washing my car at the end of each "whatever" reason I had to come in

Never disappointed

First class service, as usual. Everyone is so sincerely friendly and helpful! I got a cute loaner Mini while they fixed my car And even washed my car before I picked it up.

Replacing 2008 Mini alternator

My service experience was an extremely pleasant experience with one exception, the price. When I googled replacing a 2008 Mini alternator, I discovered that the price you charged was above even the highest estimate on several websites.

They were extremely efficient and accommodating during the purchasing process. Zach R. was excellent to work with (very helpful every step of the way) and made the experience as smooth as possible. Five stars!

Replaced battery and now all is well

Installed a new battery and performed programming. Calen also gave me an update on some maintenance that should be done for my 2003 mini. Ill be following up to have them do the work.

New Mini Owner

Great experience and fun car buying experience. Lance Hunter went above and beyond to find the right car for my daughter. Highly recommend him as a sales person.

Pleasant to work with

Overall, my experience with preventive maintenance/service at Mini of Portland is very good. Customer service reps have always been pleasant to work with, and service is performed in a reasonable amount of time. Customer waiting area is comfortable - ample seating, wifi, outlets, tv, drinks, snacks.

Great experience !

Calen was an exceptional help! The communication was the best Ive ever experienced from any mechanic/dealership. He let me know exactly what was going and and when it was going on. I live in Bend, but if I ever need service on my mini again I will definitely be coming to Portland instead of our local mechanic. Thank you all, especially Calen, for your extraordinary customer service !
