Dependable Service

Mini of Portland took care of my car maintenance and repair in a timely manner and my Mini is running great. I bought this car from a private party and it had a few undisclosed issues. Well be purchasing our next Mini from Mini of Portland.

Exceptional service and always with a smile!

I worked with Trent to get my 2013 Cooper S dropped off to get my charge pipes upgraded with a kit I purchased from FTP Motorsport. Mini of Portland typically does not do work or installation if after market parts but are testing the waters. Culver was able to get me scheduled and Ed checked me in the morning of and was able to get an oil change in and a coolant flush as well. While they did offer a loaner I didnt end up needing it, but the offer was appreciated. They got everything taken care of by noon after my 8am dropoff and it was no probably hanging onto the car until I could pick it up around 5. I did have an issue on my way home and reached out to Culver and Trent and they told me to drop by anytime the next day. They took it in, did a once over, adjusted a few things and buttoned it up nice and tight and I was on my way and ready to go! Always appreciate how the service staff keep you posted on repairs and theyre always willing to go the extra mile!

Always excellent service

I have dealt with MINI of Portland for years, and have yet to have a less than exemplary experience. I like to wait while my car is being serviced, and the lounge area is very comfortable.

Can I answer YES and NO to my service experience?

I will always choose Culver Patterson to be my Service Adviser (Beaverton, OR) if I have a choice. He is professional and personable; he's known me for many years with me owning my 2009 Mini and up to now, with my 2017 "Chestnut" Countryman. There were a few SNAFUs during my 30,000 mile visit on 10/1/2019. I made an appointment, yet sat in your waiting room for over four hours. Thank goodness I took the day off of work. As a contractor - I lost half a day's wages. This visit included a routine 10K oil change, brake fluid flush and windshield wiper swap-out according to my warranty. The problem was in that after the "free inspection," Culver recommended I get two new tires according to your inspection peeps' report - I was at 2 mm (UNSAFE!). I agreed to having my two front tires replaced at a discount, and according to Culver's research on the Internet -- he found them at $372 for two at Discount Tire and was willing to honor that cost -- but after sitting forever, Culver came back and told me the four tires for my car listed as in-stock were actually not there in the dealership. Hmmm... Are your computer inventory systems not up-to-date??? Look, whoever is reading this -- I'm hoping you honor Culver Patterson for his amazing customer service -- but, I really hope you realize/work on what Mini is lacking. We clients sit and nod our heads at our service advisers, agreeing to whatever you tell them to tell us - at our financial disadvantage or time-constraint. Happy New Mini Owner!!!

Mini of Portland and Bradley O'Neil gave me an exceptional buying experience with my Mini! From start to finish, the whole buying process was about me and what I wanted. Doing business there with my purchase added so much value to my experience. The car is beautifully engineered with all the bells and whistles, the right colors,the right feel and the right size! The store has a great vibe too. Everyone there is having a good time, it was hard to tell the employees from the customers. Bradley was such a breath of fresh air to work with, she's personable like everyone else there in that place. My new Mini Cooper S Countryman ALL4 Rebel Green Edition and I will come back for shopping in your Boutique and future service needs, you can count on that! Love my Mini

My wife and I took her Mini in for an oil change. Fell in love with the Countrymen So I drove it and bought it! My salesman was excellent and whole process was fantastic.
