Dolly was fantastic to work with! When I first inquired about the car, she was extremely responsive. She made the entire car-buying seamless. I highly recommend anyone work with Dolly the next time they visit the dealership.

This is related to the recent purchase of a Certified...

This is related to the recent purchase of a Certified Audi A4 2020 from an Audi dealership ( Jack Daniels Audi of Paramus New Jersey) on 31st October 2020. The car is lagging in some features (Adaptive Cruise Control and Lane Keep Assist) which I felt the car to possess. As these are the basic features in any car manufactured nowadays. As I was very enthusiastic about purchasing the car, so I didn’t go over each and every detail mentioned in the list. I know it’s my fault. At the same I feel the sales manager to be equally responsible for not giving me a demo of the car by going over the features it has. The demo should have been mandatory by the salesperson to let buyers know about the features the car is missing as those are available from the same model of the 2021 Audi A4. This should have been mentioned and expected by the Audi dealership, as if a person is buying a 2020 car by spending $, then the person can buy the 2021 car by spending a few grand extra, the shortcoming was known to him. When I reached out to the salesperson at Dealership he told me "If you are being sarcastic ?" This is really unexpected from Audi. Try to avoid the Dealership. They are always busy and don't pay attention to customers.

Kingsuk Mukherjee, Thanks for taking the time to post this review. We are a little shocked by the change from 5 stars to 1 star.... We just want to clarify some facts on here as unfortunately we always strive for 5 stars but sometimes we miss the ball. In this instance though we disagree with your 1 star review. After careful review of your account - luckily in this case it was easy as everything that was ever discussed with you seems to be via our CRM text messages so researching this was very easy. We would be happy to post on here at your request. The "are you being sarcastic text" was in response to your text saying "thanks for everything" - after you wrote "If there is nothing you can do (if you dont buy the car back as you mentioned in a text before) I will write to Audi". I hope you understand as the text seemed a little off, to thank us for everything after saying the above... In terms of the car and features - you reached out to us directly to us about a specific car. The specific 2020 A4 Demo Premium Plus you bought. We presented the car you requested specifically. At some point in the negotiations you asked us about a base model 2021 A4 which we offered but you said it was out of your budget even with the 0%. In the above post you mention that one could have afforded the couple thousand more but we discussed/offered this and you declined - via text you specifically said it was out of budget. That comparison was also for a new 2021 A4 Premium vs the 2020 PRE OWNED A4 Premium Plus you bought. And the base model A4 does NOT have adaptive cruise control and lane keep assist as you mention above which you since updated to 'same model' instead of base model. So even for the couple thousand dollar difference you declined to get a new car you would still not have those 2 features and the Premium Plus with B&O to be comparable was almost $7,000 more than the car you bought. But once again we did offer this... You said out of budget... During your transaction as we do with every customer we also asked what features are important to you - you specifically mentioned via text and phone several times that all you need is Premium Plus and B&O sound system. We have this in writing from you via text as you confirmed. At some point we even offered a Premium Plus without B&O sound and you said no because it didnt have the B&O sound system in the 2nd car we offered at the lower price. The first thing you ever requested was the window sticker for the car you bought before any negotiations. You responded thanks can you do $37,000 out the door - for a car we were asking $40,000 plus tax and fees for. That was the first time you received the window sticker which you then asked for it two other times after - a second time via text and once when you came in to see the car in person. Due to COVID a lot of normal things like going on a test drive with you are not optional. So for that we do apologize. But you did test drive the car and when you came back you even asked about Park Steering Assist which we told you was not a feature this car had. Still at that point you did not ask or mention that Adaptive Cruise control was important to you. Lastly, you mention in the review and in the texts to us that no one demo'd the car with you. You took the car out on a test drive which our salesperson at the time went over a couple features with you. Unfortunately with COVID19 restrictions we can NOT go on a test drive with you especially as you had a packed car with 4 friends/family members. During that test drive if the lane assist features were included you would have noticed and / or felt them. At that time and as we mentioned above you still never brought up that feature and asked about other features. Most importantly before you left with the car our salesperson went over your phone features while our delivery coordinator was wrapping up. Once he was finished he came over and started the delivery process. At the time you told him you only wanted to go over Apple Car Play. We know and appreciate you were waiting patiently on the last day of the month, and wanted to respect your wishes so we only went over the feature you mentioned you wanted. You even at that time mentioned you were upset the car didnt have Wireless CarPlay (instead of plugged in Apple CarPlay) - which the 2020 A4 does not have... We respect your time and unfortunately you slightly declined our tutorial / demo... We are sorry you are unhappy and wish we could install the feature for you but unfortunately that feature is not something we can just install. We hope with all the facts listed out and all the text messages showing this exactly you would reconsider your review - especially as you specifically said in the review it is your fault. We also hope any other customers reading this can see that we did everything you asked for in this situation except for when you asked us if you can return the car 5 days later.

I recently bought a Q7 with Chris Cerda and cannot rave enough about his customer service. From start to finish, it was a pleasure to work with him. He was always responsive while dealing with my husband or myself. I’ll be honest, I had my heart set on a Volvo XC90. I went to the nearest Volvo dealership and it was a horrible experience. My husband recently leased an Audi from Chris and told me what a great experience he had and to take a look at some Audi’s. My husband was right! Chris walked me through the car and even let us take it home to make sure it fit into the garage, which was a worry of ours. The horrible experience I had at Volvo just exemplified what excellent customer service Jack Daniels Audi of Paramus gave us. I could not be happier with the car and the service we received. They definitely wow’ed us! Looking forward to doing business in the future!

Dolly Costa was by far the best car salesperson I have...

Dolly Costa was by far the best car salesperson I have ever worked with. I was so impressed with the knowledge she had about the car given she is so young. She followed up with us after the first visit and got the sale done. She is sweet and pleasant and I would recommend her as a salesperson to everyone looking to buy an Audi

My recent car buying experience was the best I ever had....

My recent car buying experience was the best I ever had. Different dealers, different makes, different cities and states, but by far the best service. I worked with Dolly who knew everything about the vehicles and the trade, financing, delivery and feature introduction aspects. She even picked me up at home when it was time for me to have my new car. Everything was done right. P.S. Bring Farid back.

David Webster was an outstanding representative as he was very helpful in making sure my next vehicle was an easy, quick and most of all during these times - safe. Great work!
