Overall I had a very good experience and enjoyed working with Luis and Tal. They were both extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and amicable (and not too pushy!). The only hiccup I had was that I was offered and thought I was closing on a certain vehicle and was informed at the last minute that the vehicle was not eligible for immediate sale (not the fault of Luis or Tal). Both Luis and Tal managed the situation well, and I ended up satisfied with my experience and the vehicle I left with.

Gent was probably the best salesperson I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve dealt with two other Audi dealerships ! Gent was highly professional, extremely knowledgeable, personable, and thorough. He made the entire process painless. As a former business owner I only wish I had a salesperson like Gent. He is a true asset to Jack Daniels Motors.

Terry Axel and the team at Jack Daniels Audi Paramus are amazing!! I tend to over-analyze every large purchase I make, especially when it comes to buying a car. So walking in I was knowledgeable about the two cars I was interested in and also the comps that others had paid in my area for those same vehicles. I originally went to another Audi dealer, and was terribly underwhelmed, between not being greeted or acknowledged by the receptionist who was texting away on her cell phone, and the sales person who kept pushing the vehicle he wanted to sell - not the one I wanted to buy. So I walked out of that dealer frustrated and sour with the whole process. I knew I still wanted the Audi, but refused to go back to that dealer and I decided to check out Jack Daniels Audi Paramus. After I initially reached out on their website - I received a text from Terry asking me what I what I was interested in and sending me a link to their inventory. I sadly had to cancel a few appointment I set up with Terry to come in and test drive, and he was always understanding and let me know that he would be available when I could come in. When we did finally get to the dealer. Terry was there waiting for us and talked to us about the two vehicles we were looking at. His demeanor was friendly not pushy and his answers to our questions about the vehicle and the brand were super honest! We took the 2 vehicles for a test drive and I made a decision. After Terry ran the various purchase/lease scenarios we asked him to - and with the research I had done previously on what others have paid for this vehicle - we didn't even have to negotiate as he gave us a great price! He found the car I wanted, in the color I wanted, and a few hours later, I went back to pick up my new car! Not only was Terry amazing - but the whole staff there was super friendly, funny and so focused on customer service - it made a normally dreadful experience fun - from the receptionist to the manager, other sales people, the finance manager and the hysterical Fareed who patiently showed me all the features on my car. We walked out of there with my new car, and a feeling that we were now part of the Jack Daniels family. I cant say enough about Terry Axel and Jack Daniels Audi.
