AMAZING!

My experience at Toyota of Redlands was amazing. From the time I walked in to the moment I left the delership. I was given very great service by Joseph whom answered all my questions and was at my service even tho I was very indecisive about the vehicle I wanted. He sure helped me make the best decision possible based on my concerns. I would definitely refer my friends and family to this dealership. I am all about service and being treated as a valued customer and this was one of them. Thank You Joseph and also Cesar for getting me and my brother a great deal on the Prius!!!

The way it should be

After spending six weeks visiting various Dodge and Toyota dealerships in and around the Inland Empire by luck I found Redlands Toyota. I was in need of a 4x4 Truck that would get good gas mileage and I had a very tight budget in which to operate. If I was going to make payments I wanted the vehicle and the plan that would work. After visiting at least 10 different reputable dealerships I was losing hope of getting anything near what I was hoping for. When I found Toyota of Redlands and came on the lot I met Joe Fallon who saw me looking at the trucks. After dealing with so many other salesmen at other dealers I was pretty impatient for the sales pitch routine again. Joe was awesome to work with. He wasn't trying to sell me anything , he was just answering my questions and pointing out vehicle features that pretty much sell the vehicle by themselves. He was honest, direct and did everything he could to help me. I left there with a new 2016 4X Tacoma and I am one very satisfied customer and I have nothing but good to say about everyone at this dealership.

excellent costomer service

We were very pleased with David Fertig at Toyota of Redlands dealership. He was informative, courteous, and helpful at all stages of our leasing Experience. We would definitely recommend our family and friends to David.

Service department is horrible!!!

Brought my truck in for its first service. They told me it would be ready at 4pm. At 345pm I check on it. They lied and told me the service was complete and that it was being washed (this cost extra). The truth was they had not even started anything and I sat there for 2 1/2 hours for nothing. Very poor customer service and liars. Avoid this dealer!

Straight Shooter

David Fertig thank you for all your help with my new Prius C. Already going on two weeks and loving my new car. Your the man Mr. Fertig (Straight Shooter!) no Pressure, Honesty, and Knows how to treat his customers.

2016 Corolla Lease

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!

CROOKS AND LIARS! I PURCHASED A PRE OWNED VEHICLE I ASKED IF IT WAS CERTIFIED AND GIL YGLESIAS, STATED THAT THEY GO THROUGH THE WHOLE VEHICLE AND CHECK EVERYTHING OUT. THAT WAS A LIE, FOUR DAYS AFTER BUYING THE VEHICLE THE AIR CONDITIONER STOPPED WORKING, TOOK IT TO MY MECHANIC AND HE SAID THE WHOLE THING WAS MICKEY MOUSED TOGETHER AND THAT THEY HAD PUT 100 UNITS OF FREON WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE ONLY BEEN 30 AND HOT WIRED THE CONDENSER. THEY HAD DONE THIS, SO THE AIR WOULD SEEM TO HAVE BEEN WORKING CORRECTLY FOR A SHORT PERIOD UNTIL THEY MADE THE SALE. HAD TO HAVE A NEW AIR CONDITIONING UNIT PUT IN! CHRIS DOMINGUEZ, (MANAGER) WAS AN ARROGANT JERK. PAID CASH AND STILL HAD TO DO A CREDIT CHECK ?????? WENT IN AT 9:00AM AND DIDN'T GET OUT OF THERE UNTIL 1:00PM. JOSEPH FALLON, THE SALESMAN, WAS THE ONLY DECENT PERSON OUT OF THE WHOLE ORDEAL! ALSO, BEWARE THEY OFFER NO EXTENDED WARRANTIES!

I apologize that you feel that you have purchased a vehicle that is not up to your standard. This vehicle however, was purchased AS-IS. I understand that our GSM, Larry Briggs and also our Used Car Manager Robert Diaz have both been in contact with you. I also understand that you we were able to get your vehicle in on Saturday to be reinspected by our technicians. Per the technicians statement, your vehicle needs a fan motor and will also need to have the freon evacuated and recharged. Per Robert Diaz this issue will be handled at no charge to you. We appreciate you taking the time to submit a review regarding our dealership. Without customers giving us there feedback we would never know The GOOD or Not so Good things. So thank you again and I hope that we were able to be of assistance regarding this matter.

Always a good experience

Bought my new Toyota Camery on Monday 10-5-15 and the entire process was easy, my salesman Joseph Fallon was great! He explained everything to me and answered any questions I had. I am very happy with my new car! I will be recommending him to family and friends!
