I had an unpleasant experience with salesperson Emil at Toyota of Riverside. I thought I was paying the original MSRP sticker price of the vehicle but... I financed way more than that because another market adjustment sticker which supposedly on the vehicle but I did not see it, and the salesperson Emil DID NOT mention it, therefore I signed my finance documents without realizing I was paying way more than the original MSRP price of the vehicle. In my opinion, it is not a good way to do business, and I truly believe that it is not ethical even though it may be legal. When I called the salesperson to discuss the matter, he start swearing (every 10 sec) that the additional market adjustment sticker was on the vehicle, and he promised to make it up on my next purchase. I feel cheated, and angry, because I went to Toyota Of Riverside, especially for Emil, as a recommendation of my co-worker, but I realize that I made a huge mistake.
I had an experience with Toyota around 6 years. Really is great place and dealer to buy cars. They have a great sales rep there and a great discount they... will give. Now I have a new RAV4 limited with a great price. Also I have a good experience with service in Toyota.
Freddy my salesman was a really awesome guy with the whole experience. He got straight to the point and didn’t mess around at all showing me what my options... were with a new and used car. I left home with a brand new 2020 Rav4. I really happy and satisfied!
Did some shopping by phone with several local dealers and finally went with the very attractive offer from Victor Reyna. When we went in the next morning... to test drive and "do the paperwork" the process went very smoothly with none of the expected arm-wrestling, pressure for upgrades, and attempts to add on needless fees by Victor or Fin Mgr. Tony Garcia. Car was very clean when we arrived and, despite the clear skies, they even insisted on washing it and filling up the tank with gas. All in all, a very enjoyable experience and we think we got an extremely fair deal, too!
Best customer experience I’ve had at a car dealership. They saw the whole picture when it came to what I wanted, price wise, the kind of car I was looking... for no hassle about anything . Thank you to all that was so helpful
Toyota of Riverside took great care of me! Ziggy will have my business as long as I am buying a Toyota! He made the buying process really easy and was... transparent in all dealings. Super easy to talk to and felt like one of my friends was selling me a car. If you need a car/truck at a great price with a stress-free buying experience, come to Toyota of Riverside and ask for Ziggy. This is the only dealer that could give me the asking price I wanted. Went to Longo, Toyota of Orange, and so many more. All of them could not sell me my Tacoma at the price i wanted. Those that said they could were pulling my leg to get me into the dealership.
Horrible experience at Toyota of Riverside. Tony Garcia from finance lied about the vehicle not having a factory alarm just to upsell me. I opted for... the after market alarm after believing there was no alarm. On top of that I later found out I was supposed to get the alarm at no extra charge. The worst part is the finance paperwork that was electronically submitted to my bank was incorrect. My bank emailed Toyota of Riverside about the error however they never replied. The dealer also never sent the physical paperwork to my bank. I had to call in order to get this fixed. Once the paperwork made it to the bank they told me it was still incorrect. The bank advised finance manager Chuck Evangelista of the error however he never bothered to call me. I had to call the dealer again. I started to have a funny feeling about the whole deal. I did some research and discovered that after 10 days if the loan has not been processed the dealer basically picks the bank for you. I did not need this since I was already approved by my bank. I believe that Toyota of Riverside intentionally took their time to get back to me so that the 10 days would expire and they could pick a bank of their choice. I had to leave work and go into the dealer in order to resolve the issue. I thank the general sales manager Fausto Hurtado and customer relations manager Cathryn Fleming for attempting to resolve the issue however at this point I was done. I was so dissatisfied with the service at Toyota of Riverside that I ended up returning the vehicle. Luckily before the 10 day period.
