    The usual give-and-take negotiations to be expected with any car purchase/lease. Overall, I believe I did well and I was pleased with the outcome. Mr. Santiago was the salesperson and I found him friendly, sincere and honest.

    Primarily Mike at the service desk was my starting point and a great starting point it was. Mike retrieved my work order and my Pilot was on its way. Good polite conversation that is a must for me. In about 30 minutes he did a check and see on my Pilot, informed me it would be alert 20 to 30 minutes more. I appreciated that update. Struck up a conversation with Monica the mangers secretary, very nice and polite young lady. Didn't want to bother her too much she looked busy, buy asked her a few small time questions. Very cordial I appreciated as well. Gave me a important tip on the prepping of my home grown papaya fruit which i just crave for ..using Chili power. "Tajin" brand, Thank you , Monica. for your tip.     Excellent service by Rudy Estrada and the whole team. After a horrible experience at Riverside Honda, these guys stepped up and took great care of my daughter. Great price and great car. I will definately be buying another car from Moss Bros. Honda.

    I received a recall notice for 2013-2016 Honda Accord as there was possibility of leak in box holding sensor on top of 12 V battery that might leak and allow road water containing salt ( that is funny I live in sunny Southern California not snowy Idaho or Canada--Oh well anything is possible ) I went online and made an appointment , took my car in expecting a long wait and possible temporary fix. They took me immediately had the parts and it was ready for me to pick up in a short time. My friend and I stayed at her house to watch the eclipse reach totality before she brought me back to pick up my car. The service men were very nice and had it all ready. They didn't say anything about me not coming right away to pick up my car I know it was an inconvenience but the eclipse was a once in a life time thing
