We ended up at DCH after some time looking at a similar used car at another dealer. Things weren't going well so I called DCH to inquire about the car... listed on their lot. Available and open until 9pm, "come on down and John will be here to help". An hour later we arrived a bit before closing to a helpful receptive salesman. After the runaround at another dealer we were surprised to NOT get it here. Straightforward and honest, willing to work with us on our trade in and get us in the car we wanted. Great experience got a willing team staying an hour late to finish the paperwork. We reflected on the different experiences between dealers in the way home. So happy we came to DCH Honda of Temecula, even to trade in a Subaru Outback for a Mazda CX-9. Our family can't thank you enough! Cheers, The Howard Family

All aspects of my recent service visit were positive. Small Issue: Windshield Wipers to be "Replaced" per the Service Special Brochure (Spring Edition... 2019-Code A12-B12) However, blades were not replaced as identified by Customer and the technician stated they were "inspected" and were found to be fine so they weren't replaced. But Customer was billed for Replacement of wipers per the noted Service Brochure. Justin (Service Adviser) was great and promptly refunded that portion of the overall bill. Recommendation: Either update the Brochure regarding the "Replacement" of Windshield Wiper Blades vs. the "Inspection" of them, or somehow inform / advise the Technicians as to the difference between the two actions.

Rick was very efficient and professional. The gear shift knob on my vehicle broke while I was out running errands, he talked me through what to do in order... to get my vehicle to Honda. Service for the recall was taken care of promptly. Thank you !!

Michael Ochner listened to exactly what my father & I were looking for with customer comes first thinking. There was no reception I waited over 10 min by my car I had to walk inside , and still nobody said anything I had to approach to a worker and asked for... help
Cece does a really good job, I appreciate all he did for my husband and me.
