When I found my 2011 BMW 328i on cars.com Rigth away I contacted this dealer and they answer me within a day. Very professional seller did not push us... to buy it. Overall we had a good experience and the car is in great condition like they said so. But next time please offer some water to the customers. Thanks.

I was in the market for a new Honda CR-V. I already did my research and picked out the desired trim and color, and I was ready to purchase the vehicl...e. Pawel Pieniazek had returned my inquiry within few hours (super fast), and we were able to agree on the price via email. I went over to the Muller Honda dealer later that day, and everything was done within an hour!! ONE HOUR!! Mr. Pieniazek was very professional and courteous, and I'd highly recommend to see him if you're in the market for a new Honda. The entire dealership was a great experience, very attentive and yet not pushy at all. Also, I really appreciate that fact that it had a so many different cars and trims available in the showroom, which makes me a lot comfortable to sit in them and test them out. Highly recommend this place!!

Went to buy Honda Odyssey 2018 model brand new. Their pricing was easily 2000 dollars more than the dealers in the area. The sales associate and the... manager were rude. Their behavior was childish throwing tantrums around customers and unwilling to have a conversation. New seen a sales associate do this before. I would recommend checking with all the surrounding dealers before you go here if you want to save money. I am not the one for bad reviews but this one warranted it.
I'm a 62 year-old buyer. Nowadays, I usually find customer service to be quite impersonal. Not so with these people. I found this car on cars.com and ...went to their dealership last week to pick it up. Great service from start of transaction right through to the end. They patiently answered every question I asked. They addressed all potential concerns. They called me the next day and asked how I liked the car. In short, they treated me like their most important client of the day...not like I was one of twenty people they were seeing that day. Every step of the way; low-key, patient and professional, and they do things right the first time around. All are traits that I don't see often in today's sales environment. I highly recommend this dealership.
