Don’t buy a car there.

Don’t buy a car there. They will be very kind to sell a car to you but after that they will forget about customer service in anything you need. They will be even unkind, including their director and financial manager. Plus their cars are more expensive than other Branded Title dealerships. So do your research before. They will hide you information also.

They are crooks & will not honor their warranty.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM WITHOUT TAKING IT TO A MECHANIC YOU TRUST FIRST!!!! I was so excited with my pretty red Ford Explorer, until I took it to my mechanic to find a rattling noise in the the back. The exhaust is barely hanging on. Whoever put it together hammered, twisted and cracked the brackets that hold it and the exhaust looks like and elephant sat on it. I filed a claim with Autosavvy because it was still in the 3000 mile warranty. They apologized, said they would take care of me and told me to get a bid to fix it. So I did $2500 dollars!! They didn’t like that bid, but said they would still take care of me. They asked me to bring it up to their mechanic for a second opinion. No problem. Then after waiting two weeks to get in with him, and it came back within $100 of my guy. They promised to review it in 48 hours since I’d already waited so long and the sound is getting worse. Then crickets!! After a week I messaged, then called and was told that they decided they weren’t going to cover it because it was cosmetic!! What the heck!! The exhaust is ready to FALL OFF!!! That is NOT cosmetic! If they weren’t going to cover, why the heck did they make me go through all the hassle I had of bringing it to their mechanic. They were just giving me the run around. And that is all I’m getting now. The fact that they even let a car out the door with that bad of workmanship is ridiculous! And then, that they didn’t warranty their crappy work is even worse!! I am so disappointed! I will never buy from them again and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Gus IS THE BEST

Gus is the best salesman! He was patient and the communication was great! I would highly recommend him and AutoSavvy to anyone looking for a great deal on a car.

First they sold me a car that didn’t have the Saftey and

First they sold me a car that didn’t have the Saftey and emissions. I had to take the car and get it inspected myself and it failed. The alignment was bad which affected the tires. I had to take the car to the shop they use and it sat there for a week, when they finally finished the Michelin tires were replaced with Walmart brand veryunhappy! I called the Lindon manager (Bill) he was very unhelpful and rude. Bottom line go somewhere else to buy your vehicle.

Great place to shop with no pressure to buy

Gus was a great help! Not only was service quick and helpful, but we were able to see and test drive multiple cars to narrow down our choice, while receiving no pressure to buy.
