By far the easiest new car purchase I have ever made. I lost confidence in Dodge dealers over the last couple of months trying to purchase a truck. I experienced everything from bait and switch to rude and unprofessional service from sales staff. Dealing with Amy at Orange Coast was the easiest transaction ever. I highly recommend them.

This rating is only 1 star because it doesn’t let you put zero! Told us to come down to see car... we get there and there and they don’t even have it on the premises. Came today to finalize everything and car was filthy, no paperwork was done... starting at ground zero. Waited over 2 hours just to meet Tyler. Tyler in finance has no integrity... he lied over and over. Bottom line is they made a deal that they were never willing to close. Advertise zero percent and then say “oh that program isn’t available”.

Be careful with this dealer, especially Salem. They try to only work with their own financing deals and make promises you won't get. make sure you are careful when dealing with them.

Great Pre-Owned RAM Truck from OCJ
I always skeptical of dealerships but my experience with this one was great. I drove 400 miles to purchase a Certified pre-owned truck - sight unseen - and it was in better shape than I imagined. My salesperson Salem, floor manager Lila, and Finance manager Armen were all great to work with and took care of me start to finish. Thanks OCJ for a great truck !

I have a deal to pick up the car the next day and I even offer a deposit to show my good faith and commitment to buy the car. The salesman told me it wasn’t necessary and that the next day I can paid in full and take your car. About an hour after he called me and told me that my car was sold to somebody else. The deal obviously wasn’t completed but it wasn’t my fault. It was the fault of somebody with no word to be trusted who sold the trust and confidence of a customer for a couple of dollars. The good faith to negotiate was just in one side. Orange Coast Costa Mesa must be shame!!

The worst experience I've had
Went in specifically to purchase a certified pre-owned vehicle found online; sales staff were understaffed, so I waited, alone, for hours with no customer service. Despite being ignored, purchased the vehicle. Finance attempted to have me sign blank documents because they didn't want to go get the real documents in another office; I had to refuse before they went to obtain the completed pre-owned checklist document, among others. The next day, Finance called to state that I "forgot" to sign a form and they needed me to come in ASAP. When I arrived, no one knew to expect me, despite Finance stating they were waiting, and then they brought up 4 separate forms that had never been presented to me during purchase (Finance clearly forgot to do their job). Unfortunately, a defect was found in the vehicle a couple days later and reported promptly, and the customer service (or lack thereof) has been horrendous. I have had to wait weeks for replies that never come, and when I follow up, I'm told that someone will call me back - they never do. I had to go up to Corporate to file the issue as well as a formal complaint against the dealership. I cannot recommend that anyone attempt to purchase a vehicle through this dealership. At this point, it has become a parody how many things have gone wrong or not been done. Others may have had positive experiences here, but I have not had one positive interaction, reply, or received any assistance from anyone at this dealership. For anyone else looking, I would hope they do not receive the same treatment I have if they purchase through this dealership.

Amy was completely honest and helpful. She expedited the purchase and kept her word. I purchased a new Challenger and could not be happier. Huntington Dodge was horrible and their ad cars were a bait and switch tactic. Anyone looking for Dodge definitely needs to see Amy at Orange Coast Dodge.

Neda Ingram has not customer skills.
I bought my 2nd car from this dealership. 1st was ML 350 and now Trax. Overall there was nothing to complaint but just before leaving them. Neda came and showed a really bad behavior and insulted me. I have complained about Neda Ingram and the owner or General Manager does not sit at the location. I will further report to BBB.
