    Am a senior citizen And recently had the Door seal replaced and door alignment. When I returned after water leaked I was told that they had many leaking... cars and would not help. Cc:bar,bbb,gm courp.

    While we are highly doubtful that this particular door seal was the main cause of your concern, we did encourage you to bring your vehicle back in for... a re-check. Strictly due to age, it is not uncommon for parts and/ or other components that may be pre-existing, faulty, or brittle to fail on a 14-year-old vehicle. We do not understand why you claim that we do not stand behind our work. Especially, since you never gave us a second chance to verify if the leak was indeed tied into the replacement of that door seal since you didn¿¿¿t return for your Monday appointment.

    I am extremely impressed with Allen Cadillac! My service advisor is Tony Huerta. When a dealership over exceeds your expectations - it is worth writing... about. Thank you Tony for the excellent help with my 2012 CTS-V. Although it has 70,000 miles, you in no way made me fell like other dealers have "you should just trade it in" attitude.     Requested a simple 39-month lease quote from one of their Internet Sales Reps (Mark LaVally) who told me they were "working on it" and would be sending... it over "soon." However, they never followed up, provided any information despite numerous attempts to resolve. Their General Manager, Cyrus Khalooghli, states in their never-ending marketing emails that "Our goal at Allen Cadillac is to treat the needs of each individual customer with paramount concern." Really? Because not only did his Internet Sales Rep lie to me about sending the Lease quote over, when I advised Mr. Khalooghli about it there was no response either. So, please be advised that despite a TON of constant marketing messaging that the "customer is our paramount concern" my experience was quite to the contrary - very unprofessional, discourteous and poorly done.

    I purchased my GMC Sierra SLT approximately 6 months ago and from the moment I walked onto the show room floor Allen has proven to be nothing but professional,... from sales to service. My most recent experience was for my first free oil change and tire rotation. My family and I were set to leave town for the weekend and Without an appointment and little time Allen Cadillac had me in and out with a wash in less than hour. Thanks Allen Cadillac
