Purchase of my 2016 Ram 2500

Unprofessional dangerous
Wouldn’t honor warranty on a defective $7500 transmission service manager wouldn’t call back email only thought it was funny to taunt me and left the hood latch open when I went to pick the vehicle up until she noticed my son was going to drive it she ran outside and shut it sad that there are people like this

They said they fixed my truck by replacing an ignition switch and it didn’t fix it and cost me $464 and some change it told them I wasn’t paying for it they wouldn’t refund my money and when I filled out a negative review they told to come pick my truck up that they weren’t fixing it. I took it to another dealership and they fixed it in half a day. Robert in service is rude and knowledgeable as a service rep, just a parts replacer. I want my money back bottom line, a bunch of thieves Jeff H

Service and repair was not what I expected from
Had a expensive two years at Mike smith Jeep service.Which had to be corrected at another shop. I tried to get Mike smith Service the benefit of the doubt but to no avail.And will still have to deal with them on a previous repair.For the money I spent it makes no sense to me.
