This Is my second ToyoCare maintenance experience or 10,000 mile service. Both times I opted to stay and wait. Professional experience from the point you are greeted by a Parking valet gentlemen of sorts, to a designated spot for service, where a rep quickly greets you and walks you through entire process. They make this a very comfortable and easy process, and have an excellent waiting room.

Fast and efficient service. I always opt to wait and it always didn’t take that long. It’s close proximity to home and work makes easier and convenient .

Loren is professional, knowledgeable, and always personable. He makes sure that my questions are answered and is always clear about what the car needs. He makes sure that everything is taken care of, lets me know if there is a delay and when the car will be ready.
