They made my first new car experience perfect, from ordering the car to handoff. And they seem like very nice people.

Horrible

Inquired about buying a new car and was told that since I am registering the car in Florida I was not allowed to buy the car from them even though I live in Maryland and register the car in Florida because I am military from Florida.

I have a pretty low opinion of some car dealers, but this

I have a pretty low opinion of some car dealers, but this one is top of my list. I checked to make sure a particular car was available before making the nearly 3 hour drive, but when I arrived I was told it was sold the previous day. They insisted that they left me a voicemail, which I did not receive. The sales personnel that I spoke with were not only not helpful, but even rude. I can't even imagine anything that could get me back there. Gary Johnson it the one that I went to see, but he was not available. Another jerk made the experience less than zero! Gary may be a fine salesman, but I will never know.

We understand your frustration when we played the voice recorded message that was left for you on the contact number you provided at 9:14 am. We were trying to touch base with you before you made the trip. We also sent text messages trying to get in touch with you as well after you opted in. There were not any return responses from either forms of contact by you. We should have tried harder to contact you.

Yes, you played a voice recording to me when I was there, but I didn’t receive the message, nor any text messages. The recording that was played for me also said nothing about the being sold, so even if I had received it… Even worse than not being told that the car had been sold was the poor treatment I received while there. No effort was made to even point me to an alternative vehicle. Overall not a good experience.

Mr. Ulloa reached out as soon as I requested information about the vehicle I was interested in. He accommodated my itinerary and arranged for me to come for a test drive at my convenience. Service was great and I felt they did everything they could to make my experience a great one! Very satisfied!

Excellent service! Really work with the customer to get them what they want. Didn’t feel pressured or hovered while looking around the lot. Couldn’t have asked for a better car buying experience

Slimy used car sales

This is for their used car sales. What a slimeball operation! I went in to test drive a used Toyota. I've test driven many cars in my life. Some basic information (like a drivers license) and off you go. These guys made me sit there for 30 minutes while they were "doing paperwork to get approval" for me to test drive this car. Finally the guy asks me to sign a Buyer's Order to test drive. I said no, that makes no sense, I'm just here for a test drive. He says this is just an approval for a test drive. No, it says BUYERS ORDER. I said I wouldn't sign it. And when he continued to push, I said I was leaving. As I walked out, I told the manager(?) who the salesperson had been working with that I just wanted a test drive and that it made no sense to sign a Buyers Order. He double down and said that this is the way they do business. Well, they shady dealings mean that they will NEVER get my business.

In an effort to keep our vehicles sanitized, our COVID protocols restrict demonstration drives to ready-buyers which whom we have an understanding of price and terms. This policy is outlined on our website COVID page. Our pricing is disclosed to a customer prior to a test drive with a close-to-reality set of payments and terms. There is no reason for a test drive if a customer then expects to make an offer we will not accept, or terms and payments that a customer cannot afford. I know it is different but what isn't these days? The paper you were asked to sign was an internal worksheet, not a binding buyer's order. I will make the change to reflect this immediately. We consider our process transparent and time-saving. We sanitize every vehicle after a test drive that does not result in a sale. We find most of our customer are relieved that the vehicle they want to buy has not been on previous multiple test drives. Thanks for your comments. My primary contact was Angel Arana, he always responded quickly to all my questions and ensured that the process was smooth with no time wasted. His follow ups were well timed, and he gave us space to make our decision. He even followed up after the sale was completed to ensure I did not have any questions regarding the new vehicle. I appreciated that we did not have to spend too much time in the dealership, and they had good safeguards to protect the costumers from COVID-19.
