Everyone at Miller Toyota was professional, respectful and knowledgeable about the cars they were selling. We live in Maryland and drove over 40 miles to Miller Toyota in the hope of purchasing a reliable car at a fair price. The drive was well worth it. We bought an excellent car and for the first time, enjoyed our car buying experience. A sincere thank you to Wes Snoots and Manolo Manzanera for their patience and grace in answering all of our questions and guiding us through this purchase. Also, we thank Jose Prado for explaining the financing and preparing the purchase related documents. Made an appt for 1130 a.m. ...emailed Edwin that morning at 9 a.m. I had to change to an earlier time because of daughter's birthday & asked for 1015 or reschedule to another day...Edwin responded positively and we met early. Edwin had the truck '21 Tundra ready to for the test drive and said let's go where you want. After a good test drive, I wanted the truck and asked Edwin if price had any negotiating room, to which he answered "I don't think there is any since this is already discounted so much"...I then asked about any discounts for veterans or first responders, Edwin said he would check. Jose came back with Edwin and thanked me for my service and offered an even greater discount than I had hoped for. No high pressure sales tactics, and told me right up front they couldn't beat the financing that I'd received with pre approval from Apple Fed Credit Union. Edwin and Jose did a great job prepping the vehicle and paperwork, without having me waiting around for a long amount of time. On the way out, I just had to stop and thank their manager, Wes. Wes and I ended up having a great conversation over several other subjects prior to my leaving. In closing, the staff is friendly, efficient, and fair at Miller Toyota.

We found a new listing on Cars.com at Miller Toyota and decided to look at it the next day when they opened. The car checked all of our boxes and the salesperson Danny Ulloa made the whole process smooth and seamless. He was patient and answered all of our questions and offered help when needed.
