I bought a car from Infiniti Tustin California and engine

I bought a car from Infiniti Tustin California and engine light came up a week later. I took my car to another Autonation at Carlsbad Subaru and they didn't fix the car compeletely. I waited 4 hours at the first day, they didn'r fix it at that day and Carlsbad Subaru Autonation's service agent didn't inform me well. I tried to talk to their service supervisor but they said she was busy but she was going to give me a call later. She didn't at the end. Meanwhile, I tried to reach Infiniti Tustin sales department's supervisor and called them more than 5 times at different times but nobody called me back. I told about my situation so may times to them called back and forth and still no help or information received. At the end, i gave these two dealership 1 star on google and yelp. I'm seeking my legal rights at rhe moment. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. The worst experience ever.

Zero follow up.

Zero follow up. Customer service is fine right up until documents are signed. After sale has been made zero follow up. Calls, text, and emails not responded to.

Well, not too happy.

Well, not too happy.I like the cars but the service is not what I was looking for just came from the gym.So i'm looking rough, didn't get no service.When the side didn't see anybody so I went to the bathroom.Come back out from using the restroom and I guess it was customers.I was the only person here and they start serving everybody else.And still have nobody came up and asked me if I need any help or anything.And I was going to pay cash for a car here, but I don't know if they judge you on how you look they should judge you on how your pockets are

Everything was great from beginning to end.
