Jeffrey Nguyen was a great service advisor. I came in without an appointment for just an oil change but he was able to provide me with a loaner vehicle so that I could take care of my 185k service. Jeffrey kept me informed of the service status throughout the service. He is a pleasure to deal with.

Never Again !
I stopped in to look at a Ram 1500. I liked the truck, tried to explain to the salesman. This was my first stop and I wanted to check out a few other trucks. So he gets a girl who says she's the sales manager and asks me what they need to do to sell me the truck. I said lower the price, it has over 100K miles and had been sitting on 2 Autonation Lots for over 96 days. She wasn't going to lower the price and did let me know she has an appointment shortly to show the truck and If he doesn't want it that it was going to another AN dealership. Looking at her awful poker face it was an obvious lie . 96 days when I show up now they a have an appointment to show it. It was laughable. I did come back and what a surprise it was still there and hadn't been moved. I gave them my pre approval paperwork. Took the truck home that Sunday after 4 hrs of sitting around I even bought the over priced warranty after she lied about giving it to me at cost, again laughable. Then I get a call the following Friday saying they can't get me approved. So I said ok I'll bring it right back. I then asked if they could provide an Ubet to take me home. The finance guy said Sarah, the same supposed sales manager declined to provide a $ 16 Uber or any other way for me to get home. After letting me take the truck and then 5 days later telling me to bring it back. This would be common proffesional courtesy at any other dealership. The best part is the next day I went to Ken Grody Ford and bought a Brand New F150 at 3.9 % , It 12% on that used Ram Maybe you can higher someone to hold a best practices conference for your team. We'll. If you can't come up with $16 for an Uber I guess the staff won't get the help they need. Thank you for letting right a review.

Prior to our purchase, we had a great experience.
Prior to our purchase, we had a great experience. However, once we arrived at the dealership it went downhill. They had added items on the invoice that were not indicated online for the used vehicle we were purchasing. The sales manager said the items were already added and could not be taken off and that the online description was not accurate. My husband felt like this was a bait & switch tactic and got up to leave..... then they removed the item. Additionally, we purchased this used vehicle at night and did not see some of the missing items until the next morning. I called, texted and emailed our sales guy asking about the damage with NO REPLY! I called to the dealership and asked to speak to the manager (that was listed on their website) and was told that manager hadn't worked at the dealership for several months. The guy who answered the phone was less than helpful and when I asked to speak to the sales manager, he conveniently disconnected the call. I called back and spoke to someone else who took my name/number to pass along to the current sales manager.... it's been over a week and I still have not received a call back. Since my purchase, I have received several emails from various people at the dealership congratulating me on the vehicle and to reach out if I had any questions. I responded to every email with no reply so I am left to assume that these emails are auto-generated and not sent with any sincerity at all. Now that they have my money, they couldn't care less about their level of customer service or lack of. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone as there are plenty of dealerships in Southern California to choose from and who would be grateful for a sale.
