    We called before we left home, arrived about an hour before closing. They stayed way past closing to make a deal with us. We were given everything we... asked for. We returned the truck for a tire and they did as they promised. Even gave us a tank of gas to go home on. Bobby and Alex were both exceptional. We were also given a warranty. We followed up with a mechanic who gave us the thumbs up!! Great, great service!!!

    I was told I will receive my manual and other things but did not receive them! They lied about the date I purchased my van! I went back to tell them, he... took my phone# down and said someone will call you. No one ever called me to this day!! I cant even lower my spare tire, I have no tool for it!

    Auto World employees are super friendly and more then helpful with both my car purchases within a 1yr time frame. The first car I purchased was a 06' Chevy... Impala, and they were the only people willing to work with me since I had bad credit history. I love my Impala and its been a champ to me, my Second car purchase was a 05' BMW 645ci. My BMW purchase was amazing, Diana was super great helping me with purchase and also more then willing to show my girlfriend around who had NO idea who she was looking to purchase. The BMW only issue was check engine light was on and Auto World had no problem accepting fault and were willing to fix any issues. The plan was to take the car in a few days after my purchase since the service shop doesn't work full time on weekend. I was super excited I waited 3yrs to get my 6 series and its thanks to Auto world, downside the car drove like a CHAMP for 7hrs it completely will not start at all. I'm grateful Auto World accepting to take BMW back and service it and fix the issues. Overall I appreciate you guys and all you have done thank you, just hopefully my BMW will be ok.

    So I just purchased a pre-owned Chrysler 300 from these guys and salesman Terry and the whole experience could not have been better. I have had a couple... of credit challenges so my expectations were not that high but the process was painless, got a better rate than I thought possible and the price was right. Good selection of cars, friendly no-hassle service and quick, easy purchase process makes for a great buying experience. I would not hesitate to recommend to my friends and family.

    I went there with a set budget and instead of them helping me with the 10.000 budget that I had they kept trying to show me cars that were out of my price... range I went to a different dealership that helped me find a great car

    We went here to purchase a vehicle because of their advertisements that they can help people with challenge credit, but that is not the case took all the... information was told will call back in three hour that was over 2 weeks ago and still no call to say yes or no very poor customer service

    Had a good experience in buying a 2011 Mazda2 for my daughter. No issues at all with the buying process and really like the car. My only complaint has... been with the service department. I left the car with them for a week+ now for some minor repairs identified when we bought the car. After many calls and a number of missed commitments for delivery I'm still waiting for the work to be done. If they can get that worked out soon I would recommend them and provide a higher customer service and service/repair ratings.

    After signing the papers down payment, warranty, he says congrats here are the keys.... Almost one month the Manager called me then says "by the way we... may have to have you bring the car back if for some reason you are declined of the loan" then I said " you told me I was approved" he says "you are, but they want you a cheaper car. What the hell…. I got a refund for the tire but the oil change I spent is not refunded because they said it’s not their fault...oil change for full synthetic is not cheap. This is the worst experience I got from my whole life. It’s horrible. i got back and forth to the dealership to follow up the results and it takes two weeks to get the final decision.
