    I called to book an oil change. "We don't know if we can get you in." They did. I got there 8:30, was told the shuttle would be there in 15 minutes. Nobody checked with me. I went out at 8:55, and guess what? "The shuttle is in Brea, and it will be 15 minutes." That doesn't help me. I was late for my meeting, which I had to WALK to, at 1.3 miles. Nobody bothered to tell me there'd be no shuttle, and nobody offered to help when it was clear that I was going to be late for a meeting that I had to walk to. They mentioned that the car was under recall for a relatively simple thing. I was going to leave the car there for 6 hours or more, so I asked if they could do that. "Let me check." The answer, of course, "NO. We don't have time." OK, so you "barely" squeezed me in for an oil change. You can't do the recall. And your shuttle doesn't show up. You don't bother to tell me that. And you don't offer a remedy. Not worth the drive. I won't waste my time again, especially since I have a Ford dealer a couple of miles from my house. Sure, I bought my car at McCoy Mills, and I got a great deal. But the service is crummy.
