Called to see about the mileage on a vehicle they were selling. The guy on the phone told me mileage was exempt so I asked what did the vehicle odometer... say when the car was turned on. He then told me to buy another car and hung up the phone.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE HELP TO CUSTOMERS WHICH ARE WASTING OUT TIME BY CALLING MULTIPLE TIME AND ASKING THE SAME QUESTIONS OVER AND OVER.WHEN ...THE CUSTOMER IS SERIOUS, WE SPEND MORE TIME TO SATISFY ALL THE REQUEST, THIS WAS CASE OF WASTING TIME AND WE SPENT MORE THAN 20 MINUTES TRYING TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING.
Inquired about dealer's best price on a used car and was told "we will discuss the price when you come in to see the car" I've purchased 2 vehicles via... the Internet and have never been told to "show up to view the car and we'll talk pricing". Very unprofessional correspondence.
I emailed the dealer with some questions about a listed car. They got back to me very quickly with the answers to my questions.
