It may be best that you choose another dealer if you want someone to deal with you fairly. From day one I've been having problems with this vehicle and Ron promised to fix it. This truck appears to have been one of the trucks or vehicles that was in an underwater situation such as a flood. I guess these flooded vehicles has to be sold to someone and why not you or me? this vehicle acts up each day and some days it will not crank unless I take the battery cable off. I Googled the sign and symptoms of a vehicle that was underwater and my vehicle fit in the exact range of a vehicle that has been underwater. there is rust in odd places and the lenses in the front head lights appears to have been underwater. nothing electrically is working properly. it is my assumption that Ron or his dealership had the computer Flashed in the vehicle. that means they can manipulate the brain of the computer to think that it's running properly. it'll take about a couple of hundreds of miles before The computer realizes that something is wrong with the vehicle. you have different codes popping up on the dashboard. But, by then, it will be on you when Ron hooks you up with the finance company. you will have no clue that it was a setup until you have the vehicle looked at by a few mechanics. They would actually educate you and they could explain exactly what Ron and his dealer could have done to trick you into buying there vehicles. Ron appears to be a narcissistic liar. It's all about getting rid of the inventory no matter how dysfunctional it is. If you believe in his niceness then be prepared to be taken advantage of when you make a purchase. I don't want my credit ruined so when I completely pay off the vehicle I'm going to junk it and start over again with A reputable dealer because I depend on a truck to run my business. now I have a dysfunctional business because I have a dysfunctional vehicle. The nature of their company appears to act as a parasite. You better hope that you are not going to be the next victim that's going to be in pain.

Really bad experience. Going on 5 months without the vehicle that I purchased and making payments of $780 on it while it sits at their mechanic shop for 4 months. I would highly NOT recommend this company for fraudulent activity. FALSE promises.

I was in an accident and needed a new work vehicle for my business. Ron Kaler and Santos went above and beyond to get me into the vehicle I wanted. Great customer service and great people, definitely a different breed of used cars salesman. I will recommend them to anyone I know needing a vehicle.

My son was getting out of a Miami Hospital and needed a car after hurricane Irma hit his home in Key West FL. I saw a 2009 Honda Civic Hybrid with low mileage listed by Kaler Auto Sales on Cars.com and talked to Ron Kaler from my Kansas home. Ron gave me all the info on the car and my son Michael went by his facility the day after he got out of the hospital to look at and drive the car. Michael wanted a mechanic to look at the car to see that it was in good condition. Ron Kaler arranged for my son to take the Honda to a local Honda dealer and get a free replacement on the recalled airbag and also have a free 40 point inspection. The car checked out and my son bought the Honda Civic Hybrid and drove it back to Key West that day. Ron and all of his employees we dealt with were honest and helpful. This allowed us to buy a car from a trusted dealer in the Ft. Lauderdale area from my home in Kansas. A great car dealer.

I have bought 2 cars in the past several years from Santos and Ron and if you want to go home with some piece of mind that you got the best deal in South Florida... buy a used car from these nice folks.

My friend raved about this place, he has bought two cars from them. I now know why. Santos is the best! I felt welcomed and appreciated from the moment I set foot on the lot. He was upfront, honest, knowledgeable and really cared about helping me get what I wanted that worked with my needs. If you want to get a good vehicle, fair and honest service this is the place. I got to meet the owner Mr. Karlin, he is a hoot- really cool guy! The staff is great and you get to meet the mechanics who service the cars too. This will be my first and only stop when I am ready to get another car.

Used car dealers from my experience often do not inspect there inventory prior too buying it for resale or checking it for being mechanically sound especially on 10 year old cars sold as is. I purchased a 2006 Prius from kaler in March 3000 mile later the car is flawless as promised. It took 40 minutes to buy the car painless and no pressure the team was a joy to work with. Out side of some paper work delays with the title and registration Kaler closed the deal with integrity. Honest and up front about car and condition. I would recommend this dealer over any new car dealership they make it fun and easy. Buy from Kaler with confidence.

Yes yes yes..!!!!!! If I need another car tomorrow, my first stop would be at Kaler Auto sales. These guys are great, trust me they have an amazing staff. 2 weeks ago, I stopped by to look at a vehicle I was interested in; before I even test drive the car, with my little knowledge in mechanics, I checked everything I needed to know; also, I've been driving a Toyota Camry for 5 years which I bought from the first owner with 22K miles and in excellent shape.... That means if I'm buying the same Camry ( same year, same model) from Kaler auto sales, I know exactly what I want, what to look for, and what I should get for a good deal. After I finished my assignments, I went in there to ask them questions about the vehicle. Most of the times car salesman tell customers what they want to hear just to close the deal; therefore, I was expecting them to tell me some lies about that particular Camry. Unfortunately, Mr. Ron Kaler and his staff made that ultimate exception.they honestly answered all my questions; therefore, I bought the vehicle straight out cash, without even drive it off the lot...when I finally get to drive that vehicle, A/C was working, but the air wasn't as cold as my personal Camry, Mr. Ron Kaler asked me :" what do you think?" And I replied:" front tires are not in good shape, and A/C needs services". This is what makes me write this review .......MR. Ron said:" when you buy a car from me, you should get it the way it supposed to be." I come back the next day to pick it up, they changed my A/C compressor for a brand new one with receipt and warranty from Benett Auto Parts...WOWWWW Most dealer would get something used, or from a junk yard to save money.... If you have a chance to read this, I encourage you to stop by to experience their customer care/service they offer. I truly appreciate their honesty.........
