Great Service!
This dealership always makes my life easy! Someone knowledgeable is always available and they always try to find a way to utilize your warranties. Even when I think I may need a particular service they will be honest and advise if it's not necessary. They could easily just perform the requested service but they are legitimate.

BRIAN DUKE!!! That guy was amazing! So sweet and kind. Very understanding and not your typical car salesman. Came from Bakersfield and he treated me like family! So happy with my purchase!! :)

Great Experience
I recently purchased an Acadia from Merle Stone. I had a great experience. This was my first time buying a car, and Dave Weemes made the process so much less stressful than I had expected it to be. He has already followed up with me multiple times to make sure everything is still going well! I want to say thanks to Dave & Merle Stone for a great car buying experience!

Poor Customer Service
Purchased from out of county. Salesperson, Greg Lallas, was late when he knew I was making a 3 hour drive to purchase. Waited in lounge, which is not clean or pleasant atmosphere. Transaction easy with Costco plan. Purchase/paperwork process easy with Laurence. Vehicle overview with Eddie Romo went great. Upon arriving home, found rear camera display defective. Greg unresponsive and unhelpful. No reply from General Sales Manager, Jason Martin, after I emailed that I was not completely satisfied. Took vehicle to local Dealer for replacement of defective part. My brand new vehicles was repaired 6 days after purchase.

Will never trust service dept again
Cruz had approx 50000 miles and transmission went out. Took to service who said it would be covered then called and said it wasn't as car was out of warranty 5 months earlier. Called GM who advised me of a program to help. GM asked if service had offered it to me. When I said no they said they would call the dealer. The next day when I talked to service dept they asked if I called GM. I confirmed and said yes and that I would do and accept whatever they offered. I hear nothing for approx a week and am finally told my car was ready. They put in a new transmission with no assistance from GM. I asked about the G m program and was told service manager didn't want to do a cost sharing. When I complained I was told I okeyed the new transmission over the phone. I talked to service again and was told they couldn't do the GM program as the car was out of warranty??? I was in total shock as I was still waiting to see an estimate with the GM program. I was mislead and misinformed. I have actually bought from this dealer before and had a lot of respect but this experience was the worst in regard to keeping me abreast of situation and they apparently are not aware of the GM program or just don't want to help their customers. I was told service manager made the decision to not do the program. I think his dad is head of dealership and not sure is he is aware of what transpired

Great Service
I had a great experience working with Danny at Merle Stone. He was attentive and willing to work to get me the best deal. Finance dept was great as well. Incredibly transparent which is what you want when making a commitment to purchase a vehicle. Very low pressure and had some good conversation. This is my second time working with Merle Stone to purchase a vehicle.
