Terrible experience , spend over 90 minutes getting information in the car, when the sales man Michael at the last minutes says oh there's someone before you , I thought in general not to buy the car I was going to buy , nope... he never called back or returned my text total ghost , I called the next day and find out the car had been sold terrible communication

Beyond awesome dealership and staff. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for the ultimate BMW experience. Ed Fuentes went above and beyond and is extremely knowledgeable but more important, he didn’t pressure me at all. Stated facts and addressed any questions or concerns I had. Was truly an amazing experience that I wish all salesmen applied when dealing with customer. Great job Ed and BMW of Visalia. I contacted BMW of Visalia about a specific vehicle. Maggie Puentes emailed me back asking for more info. I gave her all the info and she never emailed me back. I followed up two more times over the next 2 days with no reply at all. Horrible customer service!!!!

Just purchased a used X5 and I couldn't be happier with the sales experience and customer service. This is the second vehicle I have purchased with BMW of Visalia.
