Ive called my salesman, Albert, past midnight with... questions and hes always picked up and helped out. They deal I got with them was out of this world and I can't say enough about customer service. So happy I went with Ourismans. Financed with Toyota with a warranty and could not be happier. Albert is the ABSOLUTE MAN. Needs a promotion asap!
Please avoid this dealer since they won’t be responsible for defects happens to their certified cars even if that defect would endanger their client’s... life! Here’s my story: I’ve bought a certified Camry 2015 with 30K miles on it 6 month ago from this dealer! The car came with 4 brand new Goodyear tires while they didn’t give me the tire’s warranty booklet. I didn’t know this mistake until last week that both my front tires got flat at the same time on the sidewalls which means the tires were of such a low quality! One of my tires got a 3-inch hole on the sidewall at low speed! Thank god we weren’t on a highway in the time of that incident! Anyway, I’m following up this problem to at least get my flat tires covered by my toyota certification or tire manufacturer warranty. Both of them denied to help me and referred me to each other! I’m still shocked why two front tires should get flat at the same time on the sidewall while they’ve been only used for less than 8k miles! It puts my whole family’s life in danger! After all, instead of being regret for this terrible mistake, their rude service guy tells me “Toyota is not a tire manufacture! “ Can you believe this! I feel so frustrated now. I’ll follow l this matter up to the related agencies to get my right! I strongly discourage anyone to deal with this irresponsible dealer! You can pay a little more to a more reputable dealer which has more respect for their customer’s safety! I'm sure that the owner will reply under my review here and leave a number to call him! However, this is just a show up! I called them 10 times and couldn't talk with their manager! Also, I left a lot of messages for them, but still didn't get back a simple apology ! This is embarrassing!!!
Our 16 year old Lexus needed a new alternator. A bit over $2,000. Priced at a Lexus dealership: about one-half that sum. Why the difference in cost?... They warranty the work for the life of the car. Let’s figure. What, exactly, IS the expected life of the car?
Simon provided me with excellent customer service while I was running short on time because I had a meeting with a client for my real estate business and... I needed to do service for my car on the same day. So I told him that I had a meeting and he gave me a time of two hours, but he exceeded expectations and finished and washed my car in one hour and ten minutes. This is my third time working with him and every single time he blew my away with his commitment and hard work, he is always very generous and polite. I recommend Ourisman Fairfax Toyota to my friends, family and clients because of their exceptional customer service and hard working staff.
If you must have your vehicle serviced at Ourisman Fairfax Toyota be sure to take a full set of photos of your vehicle and any exterior and interior accessories.... You may need the photos later. When my Rav4 went in for front airbag replacement, the vehicle was returned to me with a different spare tire cover at the back of the vehicle. When I brought this odd situation to the attention of the Parts and Service Director, his immediate response was a challenging “Who Says?” By the way, because of the “fragment grenade” airbag recall, my Rav4 was brought in for replacement of the airbag and mechanism. I was told in the recall notice and by the Ourisman Service team that it could be months before a solution and parts became available. Several days later, when I was out of town in for the Labor Day holiday, the Ourisman Service Team called and told me that the job was complete and that I had to immediately return the loaner vehicle guaranteed by the recall notice or get charged full rental fees for it. I didn’t realize that their view was that I was supposed to remain in the area and wait for an indefinite time until they were ready to give me an early and unexpected “surprise” phone call. These and other circumstances lead me to recommend that you deal with a different dealer or be prepared for a potentially adversarial relationship, at least if you have to deal with the Service Personnel who were assigned to me.
Went in for new tires and waited. It took 4 hours. After 4 hours they asked if I also wanted alignment done. If you dont want to spend a day here dont... come here or pay for a loaner car.
Worst dealership. Oil change for Camry car took more than 2 1/2 hrs and their website misleads and their customer service rep said that service would be... done immediately and if it is going to take more time, they would provide free rental car for 1 day as advertized in the website. But the sales Rep "Nick" so arrogant and rude and said I have to wait for 1 to 1 1/2hr or pay and get the rental car. But eventually i ended up waiting for more than 2hrs and it is total nightmare. I strongly suggest people look for alternate dealers around Fairfax.
