They were the only dealership to go the extra mile to find me the EXACT car I was looking for, instead of trying to get me to buy what was on their lot. The actual sale took a long time that day, but I never felt pushed to buy more - it was just a long process. But the kicker has been the awesome service - open ALL the time, very friendly, very honest and upfront, and they have their own extended warranty when you buy AND service your car there - a great deal all around.

I was in the market for a Camry Hybid. Went to Cars.com to see what might be available in my area. Evaluated the two closest to my home and selected Ourisman as a potential source. The salesman (Victor) was extremely knowlegable and the deal they gave me was reasonable and better than the other location. My only complaint was the pressure put on me by the manager and others for add ons that I didn't want. They had exactly the vehicle I wanted and I did buy from them.
