I was looking for a pre owned Jeep Wrangler for my sons 18th Birthday. I drove all the way from Long Branch NJ and found one at Beyer Jeep . I was welcomed... with warm arms by the friendly staff at the dealership. No hassle , no games , no hidden fees. Great car at a great price no stress and no games. I would recommend this dealer ship to others looking for a stress free purchase.
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM BEYER!!! If I could give this dealership a negative review I would. Once they have your money Beyer has no need for you and has absolutely... no customer service. I purchased a new 2019 Jeep Cherokee Limited from Beyer in early October of 2018. Within a month of purchasing my 2019 Jeep the radio began to randomly loose it's memory. I called Beyer Jeep and they had never heard of this issue and told me to bring it in for service to take a look at it. The first available appointment was not until December (a month away). The service technicians said that the issue was with the radio and that they would need to replace it. They of course, did not have a radio on hand so I had to make another appointment for several weeks later. I was not offered a courtesy vehicle or ride pick up/drop off. The 2nd time I brought my brand new 2019 Jeep in for service, it was January of 2019. The radio was replaced, I was told the issue was fixed. I was still not offered a courtesy vehicle but did ask for a ride pick up and drop off (which took an extremely long time). The next day when I went to use my SiriusXm radio (still under free trial) it didn't work. I called the services department at Beyer and was told "that happens sometimes you need to call SiriusXM and have them reactivate it". I shared my frustration with the Beyer service department that they didn't check to make sure everything was working before providing my car back, but they didn't seem to care. I proceeded to call SiriusXm, I was on the phone with customer service for 45 minutes and they could not find my car anywhere in their system. I was told that because the radio was changed and they can't find any record of my new vehicle that there was no way to reactivate my 6 month free trial and all they could do was give me a new 30 day trial. I provided them with the radio number off the screen and they "pinged" the car which was supposed to make a new connection and that didn't work. The customer service representative at SiriusXm said there was nothing else he could do. The next day I again called the services department at Beyer. They of course could not be of any help and told me to call SiriusXm back again. I called SiriusXM back and was lucky enough to get a more knowledgeable customer service representative who was able to figure out that somehow when Beyer replaced the radio in my brand new 2019 Jeep that they actually tied the account to an old Subaru Outback somehow. Finally, a working radio, 4 months after purchasing the car, or so I thought. A few weeks later, the exact same problem occurred with the radio. I call Beyer again and at this point asked to speak to the manager of the dealership, he says he has his best service people on the problem (no help). This time they kept it for 2 weeks and I had to request a courtesy car. A few weeks later, the memory on the radio wipes out. Services tells me they are going to reach out to corporate and will get back to me with a plan. When he calls me back I'm told no one has ever had this issue and they are stumped and have no idea what is going on (I later find out this is a complete lie). He asks if I can bring the car in (for the 4th time) and leave it for a couple of weeks so they can try a few things. Without any other options, I bring it in. 2 weeks later, Beyer services tells me they believe they've fixed the emory wipe issue because they haven't been able to replicate it... About a month later (we're now in July) the radio issue comes back. I call Beyer and they are supposed to call me back 3 months later I still haven't heard a thing. In early August I called Jeep corporate customer service number because I can't get any resolution from Beyer. I'm told by Uconnect Customer Service "this is a common and known problem with the software for the 2018 and 2019 Jeeps. We are working on a fix, but don't know when one will be ready to be pushed out. In the mean time I have a manual fix I can email you with ins
I came in to Beyer already knowing which vehicle I wanted and picked Jared to help me purchase it. He was super knowledgeable about the car and it’s extra... features along with the buying process. I came in with my Jeep Wrangler that I had for about six years and spoke to Jared , he made a suggestion for me to try out the edge ST and was immediately... in love with the car.
