    Very disappointed in my experience trying to buy a car from Beyer. Refused to accept the financing from my bank and would only allow me to finance through... them, but refused to give me the rate. Shady. Be careful shopping here.

    Had routine service work done to my Jeep,all went well smooth and FAST!!!!! Dropped off in the morning vehicle was ready by Noontime,All work done and... even gave me a report card of needed recommendations for the future.

    I went in and told the sales person which stock # I'm looking for, he came back from his manager desk and said the car sold. He offered me other vehicle... which I agree to get. Apparently, the offered car had an additional discount. I explained exactly and clearly what my lease terms are (mileage, leasing period etc), the sales person came back with totaly different terms then what I asked for. I asked him to come back with exactly what I asked for and with detailed numbers. He came back with price higher then what is published in the dealer website as a "final price". When I asked for the advertised price, he said they will not lease the car and just let me leave the dealership. To make it nicer- I called a few days after to check on the car they claimed was sold... Well... it's in stock - they lied just to move me to get the car they want to sale and not what I want to buy (I guess it's related to the interest they pay for cars sitting in their lot). Most people have no clue on how the leasing works so the dealers take advantage on that. I'm a good Jeep/Ram customer and I will not lease from this dealer even not for free.

    I have been shopping around for a new car for months, have gone to several dealerships and my experience with Jared (my salesperson) was by far the best.... Process went smoothly and they took care of everything. The staff was very friendly and professional. Jared presented many options to me considering I had a budget, with no pressure! So in love with my new 2019 Jeep strand Cherokee, I will def be purchasing my next car from here and recommend to friends/family.

    We found that their sales practice for used cars is not above board. The operations manager is unprofessional. When we called to complain to the owner,... we we’re told that complaints go to the operations manager who is the very the person we were complaining about. Poorly run business.

    This was the best purchase experience of any vehicle I have bought ever. This was out 2nd experience with the Beyer Automotive Group (first was with Ford... a few years back), and it was wonderful then, it's even better now. My wife and I knew which vehicle we wanted, and reached out to Ralpha a few weeks ago (He was the exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable Beyer Rep who helped us last time). Ralpha felt for the vehicle we wanted (2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited, the best person to help us would be Eddy. Eddy was in constant communication with us, answering all our silly questions and addressing concerns even before we set foot into the showroom. We made an appt for 5:30 last night (3/21), and arrived on time. Eddy had already had the car I wanted pulled out for me to check over. He showed me all the features, answered even more questions and if there was something he wasn't sure about, he didn't give is a "canned" answer, but went back and checked to be sure. Once we were sure we wanted the vehicle, I filled out their credit application, which was simple, very few questions and was a quick process. The finance representative, Rick, was friendly, knowledgable and honest. Once he came back with a few options for terms, I asked if they could be adjusted slightly. Rick said he would see what he could do, and he was able to modify. It took a few minutes to get the paperwork all done and wrapped up neatly. Eddy then the car to get prepped for us, and due to the late hour, even went down to help them. He then came up, handed us the keys and took us to the car. He sat with us in the car for about 20-30 minutes showing us all the bells and whistles this vehicle offered. By this point it was late, and Eddy suggested we come back in when the Registration and Plates were available so he could sit with us and go over everything and bring any additional questions with us. We drove away, extremely happy and satisfied customers. I can not recommend Beyer highly enough. We have been there twice, and both times they have exceeded out expectations. We are so happy with them, that our 22 year old daughter is looking to trade in her current jeep and also get a Grand Cherokee Limited, and she now has an appointment with Eddy for first thing this Saturday morning. If we had the least bit hesitation that she wouldn't be treated right, we would never recommend sending her there. There are several jeep dealers closer to where we live (much closer), but for all they do, for their knowledge, their willingness to get a deal done (the right deal), their friendliness, etc. I will always return to Beyer. Thank you Ralpha, Eddy and Rick for making this happen so easily and quickly. Thank you Bridgette Beyer for continuing to own and operate a dealership where not only the customers are happy, but the staff is happy and excited to be there as well.

    Do NOT buy a car from these people. I have had my Jeep for around 3 years now and since I have had it they have had to work on the engine 4 times with... only temporary fixes taking place. Their customer service is terrible and they are not willing to work with you on anything they believe is not their fault. When I bought the vehicle I was not told that it had actually been bought from an enterprise in the local area and was sold to me from there. I have had numberous phone calls and voicemails ignored and the guy in charge (Mark) will not speak to me at any request. If you wish to save yourself a lot of stress and money please avoid buying a car from these dealerships!

    I leased a 2018 JEEP Compass from Beyer in April 2018. The car broke down due to electrical issues on highway in July (just in 3 months of purchase). I... towed it to the dealer and it's been standing there without even a diagnosis for the last 3 months!! I keep bouncing between the dealer and the Chrysler "case manager" (another horrible experience) with no updates at all. I haven't even received the reimbursement for the rental I had to pay for because the dealer didn't have a loaner for me. STATY AWAY from this dealer!!!
