    I went in to have a basic service done and I couldn't be happier!! The service personal was very friendly and also offered a shuttle so I could leave and go have lunch. My work was completed in about an hour . They did a complete overall check of my truck and gave me recommendations to service that needs to be done in the future.. No pressure!!! Will do all my work here from now on!!

    The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I had my Jeep towed in to fix the right-front wheel that had collapsed after hitting a curb after sliding on ice. My insurance company said it was covered under my collision policy. This was in mid-January 2016. Within a few days the insurance adjuster had authorized the repair; I had talked with Jeep and was assured that all they needed was in place. If that were only true! But no. Week after week of delay, delay, delay and excuses followed. I was calling almost every day to check the status and was being given the slow roll while nothing happened, no returned calls, and rude "customer service agents". It's now 5 weeks later and they still keep giving me excuses that don't make any sense. I finally actually went in to see what was going on for myself and was told they have all the parts and agreement on money with the insurance company. Nothing to hold up the repair was expressed. Yet, still today I'm not getting call backs after multiple messages to various people. I can't even justify giving Beyer a rating of "1" in this review, but that's as low as it goes. Stay away from this service department!

    My car was ready, the key and ppwk delivered, the SA saw me waiting for her. THEN she picked up the phone to make a lengthy phonecall to someone who had dropped off a car last night. I sttod there and waited 20 minutes for her to finish her phone call. Very rude.

    Finally...a sales team that knows what their doing! From the time I was introduced to Sales Rep Joe Hanson the process was seamless along with the help of Sales Manager Rick Mahnke and F& I Business Manager Rick Domenichetti. Thanks to this "Veteran Team" the purchase of my new Dodge Ram Big Horn was "gimmick free".

    I bought a 2012 3500 Mega Cab Longhorn Limited Edition from Texas. In having the truck inspected to see if everything was OK, the service staff was extremely helpful and thorough. I was fortunate to have Kristina as my service rep. She is definitely on her game. Thanks to all. JK

    Worst shopping experience ever. Salesperson did not even know about some of the features that the vehicle had, I had to explain to the sales person as to what the function was. The "manager"(s) were not nice people at all, rude, un personable and held up to the used car salesman stereotype. This dealer gave us the run around: avoiding questions, asking for deposits before a deal was even made, making us drive up numerous times to the dealership(30 miles 1 way). After close to 2 weeks of nonsense we still couldn't make a deal. Save your time and energy.

    I came in looking for a used truck. I told the manager that I had a budget of $11,000 and he showed me a 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe AWD for $11,000 and he said I can have it for $9500. I didn't have to haggle. I was so amazed on how they treated me with respect!!!!!! After 6 weeks of looking for my truck, I finally found it for way under my budget price. Thank you Steve for being such a nice salesman. I will be buying from them again. Just when I thought my credit was bad I got my truck for $235 for 60 months. Thank you Beyer Jeep

    Originally contacted a number of dealers online looking for a used /demo Jeep Overland. Matt from Beyer responded to me but initially did not have what I was looking for. A few days later he contacted me indicating he had a demo for me to look at. I went in that same day and, working with Joe Hanson, was quickly able to come to an agreement. Traded my wrangler and drove away happy with a Demo Overland. It was a far better experience than I had with some other local Jeep dealerships.
