If I could give a zero rating you would see it. Larry the Service Manager consumer practices are very suspect. I brought my car in to have the brakes... fixed because the brake light was on. After much confusion between service drop off with my son and the service department requesting $1,900 repair from my son, without my authorization. I had to contact the Bureau of Automotive Repair to assist with the confusion. After resolution, I pick up my car and guess what? The brake light is still on and that was the main reason I brought the vehicle in. I ask Larry, why is my brake light on? He says, “well we noticed the light and we noted in the service paperwork we would do additional diagnostics but we didn’t do it”. Hold on, that was why I brought the vehicle in. He says and I quote, “I was told told you brought the car in because your heard noise with your brakes?” Yes, very true and the brake light was on...Aren’t you the service Manager and when the car was fixed, you didn’t noticed the brake light on? But you charged me for things I did not need. Never recovering the brake light. Guess what folks, he provides a few guesstimates of what the issue could be about the brake light and asked if I would like for him to look at it for a couple hundred dollars. Robertson Honda and Larry, must be investigated. Shady, bait and switch service department. Stay away from Larry!!
Lupe Vargas was the worst internet reps. He will insult you if your shopping for the best offer..he said they have the lowest mark up but when I found... something lower than his offeRing of 45k for type R.found 41k Otd
Mike provided excellent service and knowledge of the car. Wonderful service. Will recommend him and dealership. Very pleased with Honda Accord looks fantastic... very pleased
I just bought a used car from them which was priced below Kelley Blue Book fair price. Mike Garcia was my salesman and he was friendly and knowledgeable.... They do push to buy an extended warranty, but that is negotiable. Bottom line, I got the car I wanted at a great price!
They are a bunch of liars there I was promised 4 free scheduled maintenance and when I went to get serviced they had no record of ever promising the services..... if they offer you free services make sure you get it in writing because they tend to forget what was promised at the first initial signing
I currently own a Honda Element with over 300k miles on it. Thinking it's time to replace it while it still has some value to it. (BTW, no major issues... with this Honda). Because of its MPG, versatility, and it's a Honda, I like the HR-V. Unfortunately my 4-legged tail-waggin pal had to visit the doggie hospital, a large and unplanned expense. So my car buying plans, for the time being, are on hold. With this in mind, the Robertson folks were still gracious enough to show me AND my 4-legged tail-waggin pal a few HR-V's. No pressure to buy. I very much appreciated that. So when a few bills are paid off, I will be back. Hopefully soon.
I was looking looking for a CR-V and was called by one of their sales reps (do not remember her name). I live about 50 miles away and was trying to get... them to give me an idea of how much below MSRP they were willing to go. They didn't have the vehicle I wanted and wouldn't give me an idea of their prices. All they would say was "you need to come I. Today to get the best price". I had given them a price point and what another dealer was offering. That is all they had to say. I don't get it...
I live in Palmdale ca and went to this dealership to buy a used car for my daughter that needed it right away. We were also there too but two new cars... for myself and my wife as well. I saw that the Honda cars were being advertised with a $3500 discount and I inquired about it and the sales manager said no that it was for students and VA. I told him that where does it say that and he said that if I wanted the car I can pay the full price and that he was not in a hurry to sell them. I responded back by saying that I was not in a hurry to buy it from them either. We drove to Honda of Cerritos and bought all of our cars there. I live in Palmdale but refuse to buy there.
terrible customer services, finance department are rude, they left me sitting there by myself for a long period of time and were very pretensious.
The numbers game is one that these guys are great at. After I agreed that I wanted a car then the fun began. They showed me a total of 7 different sets... of numbers and didn't seem to listen to what I was saying. Each time they came back with a new set of numbers something was taken away from the car. So, they weren't really dealing at all, they continued to strip the car of every option which made the car cheaper yes, but, a lot less appealing. Then once I had enough I left. Two days later I was called and told "Good news, we can make it work." Right. Got there and the person who was supposed to help and I had called to confirm that even though I was running late I was on my way wasn't even there when I arrived. I live less than 20 mins. away from dealership so to me that was just poor customer service especially since he didn't even have the common courtesy to call me and let me know he had to leave. Then, the icing on the cake is when they showed me their "way to make it work" the price of the car was higer than the set of numbers they had showed me the last time when I had walked out!!!!!! Do they actually think that they can fool people into believeing that because they rearrange the number that the price is different? Even the cheapest phone has a calculator on it, and not only sales people can use them to add. Honda has a great product, this just isn't the greatest dealership and I have no problem telling my friends, family and co-workers about my experience and directing them elsewhere.
