Ok, yes I know I can be hard in some of my reviews but NOT with this one! I had an outstanding experience with this dealership. And in the end we in ...fact did buy an outstanding Mercedes GLK350. Antonio was our sales guy, he was very personable and took his time with us - no rushing whatsoever and the process was flawless. He even got us better financing than Navy Federal Credit Union gave us. Their finance guy did a great job, he was professional. No pressure with him either. Sometimes the money guys can be a pain in the back side but not here. The experience in this department was easy like Sunday Mornin'!!I My only regret is that I wish I had gotten the finance guy's name for this review. In the end my wife LOVES her new Mercedes SUV, and we left actually feeling "good" about the whole experience. It was well worth the 35 minute drive from NVA. Thanks again!!

I don't know what they're like in person, but if you're an internet buyer or trying to buy over the phone, stay away. I spent two days trying to get t...hem to sell me a car. But because I wasn't there in person, they kept me pinned at the back of the line. Even into my second day of waiting, any person who happened to walk into the showroom was moved ahead of me. This isn't speculation; this is what they told me. They also told me, explicitly, that if any of these newer customers, fresh in the door, happened to want the car I'd been waiting a day to buy, they would sell it to that newer customer. They will not deal with you until they've literally run out of other customers. And will your car still be there? Who knows. The sales manager I was dealing with just couldn't fathom why I didn't enjoy getting treated this way. I finally gave up and took my business to a dealership that doesn't treat internet buyers like scum.
They came through to get us what we were looking for and did not pressure us. Very smooth experience.
