Bought a preowned car from Ourisman Ford in 2015. Have been harassed several times a month by telemarketing calls regarding my nonexistent car warranty... expiring ever since. I moved to Hawaii so now the calls are at 4 am. It’s just awful.

Last month I was hesitant about driving over an hour to possibly buy a used vehicle simply because of many bad reviews. I'm so glad I went with my... gut instead. Mr. Huey Wyche made my trip worth while. His honesty, flexibility and inability to be pushy made me forget those reviews. Now what's been said about the service team may be true. My new to me vehicle was clean on the outside but not the inside. I found things from the previous owner. If you are interested in a salesman that listens to what you are looking for and works his magic to stay close to your price range go see Mr. Huey Wyche.

Upon arriving to Ourisman we had visited another dealership in the area looking to buy a new car. We had test drove the car (Explorer ST) at the other... dealership with little interaction with the sales consultant about what features were on the car. For many reasons we decided to leave and check out the car at Ourisman (they actually had the exact car, color and options that we wanted). When we arrived we were greeted by Quentin Walters who was very friendly and personable. He took us to the storage lot to see the car as it had just arrived and hadn't made it to the dealership lot yet. On the drive he explained everything! When I say everything I mean everything! He was so knowledgeable, it was very impressive. You could tell off the bat how much he invested his time into know everything about this car. Fast forward to making the deal. He was very very helpful getting us to feel comfortable and making sure we had everything we needed. We can't thank him and everyone else that day who help. I have to admit that having spent several years working in the car business many years ago that buying a car is one of my least favorite activities. That... has changed thanks to the Team at Ourisman Ford! I had the pleasure of working with Quentin Walters and he is amazing. In all my years of buying cars I do not believe I have ever worked with a better Sales Person. Quentin is engaging, friendly, patient, knowledgeable and most of all I knew that he was on my side throughout the entire process. I am not sure I would have pulled the trigger on my new Ford Ranger if it wasn't for him I also want to praise Mike Gundling and Ted Mixon in the Business Office, Sales manager Mike Powers and General Manager Lee Brooks. The entire staff and team at Ourisman is amazing. If you are in the market for a vehicle you MUST go visit the team at Ourisman (and make sure to ask for Quentin!!)

This dealership and staff was awesome. Quentin Walters was our salesperson and he is the bomb! They really focus on customer service and that was a big... plus for me and the deciding factor to purchase a vehicle from them. All I can say is they all made the process smooth. I came to this dealership because the horn on my F-150 truck didn't work. I made an appointment for a Wednesday at 11AM. Since I was already there at the... service center, I also asked them to change oil and do safety inspection. The "service advisor", Daniel, was not very friendly and didn't seem to care that much. I waited for two hours and then I had to chase Daniel around to ask for a status. He said he'd go check and be right back. 30 minutes later, with no sign of Daniel, I walked to the advisor work stations, and they told me that Daniel had left for lunch. I couldn't believe it, but another advisor there, Sarah, helped me out and checked on my truck, She was very helpful (she was new there) and 20 minutes later I got my truck back. They told me the horn was faulty, and they had to order a new one. They didn't do the inspection and all they did was oil change. I left at just after 2PM, 3 hours later. Terrible service, and the worst thing is I have to come back there for the horn still. Jose, the service manager, said I could deal with him, which is better than facing Daniel again, but I don't feel the culture of proper customer service exists in this place; your time, your needs and your car are worth nothing for them. I'd go to another dealership, but they told me other dealerships don't have horns in stock either.
I am very pleased with the service but even more pleased with the staff

I have been buying and servicing vehicles at Ourisman Ford for over 20 years. On my most recent visit I needed to have a replacement rear windshield wiper... mechanism installed on my 2013 Ford Expedition. The part was pre-ordered and ready for installation and the work was done quickly and professionally. The fresh car war was a nice side benefit along with the coffee and donuts in the waiting room.
