our experience at Ourisman was excellent Don and Chappy both went out of there way to make sure that we were happy wiht our Explorer.

Welcome feeling.

Very helpful. They are willing to help work thru all the new gadgets since the manuals are way too complicated and not clear.

New Tires

New tires Ford Escape Staff was great Tires were too costly. I wouldn't have done here but only place that had tires in stock.why did Ford put R19 on this model instead of R17 which tends to be standard size on most smaller SUVA and commonly found at most retail stores in stock

calm oasis

You guys are lovely and I have to admit i love the waiting area because it's so calm and peaceful. Just maybe have your guys in the service bay not address everyone as a 'Mrs'. Ms. is fine.

While the dealership didn't have the exact model I wanted, I was given the next model up for a great value - less than another dealership wanted to charge me for the base model.

Great Experience

Our sales consultant lead us through the whole process. He was consider of our request for certian needs for the vehicle. He helped us with the lease vs. buy financing options and provided a great tutorial of the features of our new vehicle. The Finance manager was very knowlegdeable and organized, it made that phase of the purchase easy. Thanks to all!
