    Morgan Day and Theresa Mimms were great help and very nice to deal with. They weren't pushy at all and answered every question I had. They also pointed out things I hadn't thought of asking. And because of them I have chosen to buy a new instead of used vehicle when it is time for me to purchase it and I will ONLY be dealing with them throughout the entire process at Fahrney Group. I will not be dealing with anyone else.

    We bought a new ford truck that was unknown to us was in a flood. Got a call to sign a waiver or return the truck. We chose to return it and get another new one. We financed with Ford finance. Now, two months later, Ford Finance believes we have two new trucks.. two loans.. two credit hits on our credit. And multiple calls from Ford call center that we are diligent on a loan that we don't have. Ford Finance says it was Fahrney issue not there's. We go round and round. Yes, they were $500 less on a truck than competitor. Worth the trouble? No. And not a word on how sorry they are for the mess.
