    Friendly people but my appointment was for 9:30 and waited behind at least 11 cars to even check in. Be careful time-wise when booking a morning appointment. I waited over 30 minutes n in my car to even check in.

    Nice clean facility with friendly employees willing to take the time with you. Add to that the fact that they offer lifetime warranties on the engines and it's a killer combo. Honda vehicles rarely have engine problems but still good to know for peace of mind. Highly recommended.

    Our experience with all of the Clawson Honda employees was very pleasant! It made our time driving the different CRVs a very difficult selection but in the long run Daniel Juarez showed us the perfect car that met our driving lifestyle. Antonio Juarez was also very helpful in setting up our deal and giving us a 0.09% Interest loan that was better than I expected. It saved me time in calling around to my credit union or insurance co, or bank. the loan process was very easy not a problem with credit or the money down. also Ciera Gall showed us how everything worked on our CRV . my wife is so happy with her new car. Happy wife happy life. Thanks Clawson Honda for making our buying experience a pleasant one. James & Sally Cox.

    I'm new to the area and I was hoping that Clawson Honda would offer the same excellent service and customer service that I received from dealerships in Huntington Beach and Santa Ana. But if my experience at Clawson this past week is any indication of how they treat their customers I am really disappointed. Tino, the self-proclaimed fill-in service coordinator, didn't introduce himself and acted like he could care less when I was telling him about the history of my car. I had an appointment for an oil change, waited in the lobby for close to 2 hours and instead of someone coming out to speak with me, Adam - the service coordinator, who Tino was filling in for left a voice mail message on my cell phone. When I went back to talk to Adam he said he just calls whoever's paperwork is on his desk! What? Supposedly he didn't have my paperwork anymore and said Tino would come see me. I waited another 10-15 minutes and no one came to see me. Now, there is one person at Clawson Honda who stood out as a stellar employee - his name is Michael - I do not know what his position is, but he showed up twice and helped me out. First when I was waiting in my car in the appointment line and no one was coming out - he came over and had me move my car into the shaded area and he went to let the service dept know that I was there. Later when I was pacing the area around the cashier waiting for word on my car - at the 2 hour mark, Michael asked me how things were going. He went to go find out for me. When he came back he said my car was ready and they should be coming to get me at any minute. When Tino finally did come - he mumbled something about having my paperwork. He didn't acknowledge me by name so I wasn't even sure if he was talking to me. I asked him if his name was Tino (he had never introduced himself) and then he said my name so then I knew he had my paperwork. He barely went over anything with me. I'm used to the service coordinator taking time with me, letting me know what needs to be looked at, the level of importance of each item, etc. He did none of that. When I was paying the cashier, Amy, I told her that I wasn't pleased with my experience. She sort of apologized - if you could call it that - it looked like she was biting her tongue. I said with the exception of Michael I experienced poor customer service. She said she didn't know who Michael was. Seriously? She finally asked me if I would like to speak with a manager. I said yes, but I didn't have much time. I left shortly afterward so I don't know if Josh Ray, the manager, ever did come up. I just tried calling today, Saturday, to speak with him, but I kept getting sent to a voice mail. When I asked if there was another manager, I was told someone named Megan was there, but she was on another call. I waited on hold for awhile and was asked if I wanted to leave my name and number and have her call me, but I declined as it shouldn't be this hard to provide feedback.

    Very frustrated and unhappy customer!! I purchased a manual car May 31, 2016 and had to return the following day, June 1, 2016, because I started hearing a noise. Left it there over night and went the following day to pick it up because apparently they didn't find anything wrong with the car. My fiancé took it to work that day, Thursday, and when he got home he told me he could still hear the sound and it didn't want to get reverse when he was trying to park. Took it in again Friday we test drove it with one of the technicians he was able to hear the sound along with the service advisers and the manager. Three people where able to hear the sound, that Friday afternoon I got a call saying it could be something with the transmission, I was told it had to be sent to the shop where they have experience with Pontiac vehicles, but I first had to call my sales person so he could approve and knew what was going on. I did and the sales person was rude and said I was going to have to pay for half. Why do I have to pay for half if the car was sold to me in bad conditions?! As I mentioned before I bought it a Tuesday and when I was told I had to pay for half of the repairs it was a Friday, I hadn't been able to have the car for more than 24 hours! Went on Saturday to speak to a sales manager, James Duran, I explained to him what was going on he made a few calls and agreed on sending the vehicle to the shop where they could check the transmission, but it had to be done until Monday because the shop doesn't open on the weekends. Monday came I called and the service adviser was off for the day. Tuesday June 7th I received a call from the service adviser saying Fred, one of the sales managers, test drove the car and said the car was perfectly fine and didn't need for it to be sent to the shop where the professionals could take a look at it. Today, June 8th, we went to speak to Fred he was straight out rude and kept insisting the car was fine even though three people who work there said there was something wrong with it. Fred then sent a technician with my fiancé to test drive the car, and that technician also said he heard the noise and believed there was something wrong with the car. Four people have now said there is something wrong with the car and right now I am still waiting to receive a call to see what excuse they are going to tell me this time to not fix the car. I'm extremely frustrated and upset at Clawson Honda!!!

    Bought a used car from them , with low miles , even your claim Honda certified , tyres were really bad , half way home lost air filled up at gas station . Next day went to nearest Firestone store , they told me tyre was repaired by bad workmanship . It cost me 200 dollars to get it fixed and aligned This dealer ship turned a blind eye. Save money go somewhere else
