Amazing Dealership!!
We live in Virginia Beach and found a good deal on a BMW X3 at Passport BMW. We were hesitant driving the distance since we had only seen the car online. It only had 5300 miles, but you never know! The car was in new condition and it was so worth it to go the distance. BMW Passport rolled out the red carpet, from sales, finance, management, cashiers and even their "Genius" on site to train us on the tech parts of the vehicle. We highly recommend this dealership and it is worth the drive wherever you live. Also, there is an Enterprise Rental Car facility on site, so it was so easy to rent from Enterprise in VB and drop off there. Then we drove our new BMW home. Great experience all around!!!

I was impressed by Keith Renner, who recognized and greeted me very cordially. He expressed concern about my problem and offered me an acceptable resolution. I waited for the service and it was completed in a timely fashion.

Great Service - Pantelis Theofanid Passport BMW
Arrived at the dealership with the expectation of having a tire repaired. Pantelis at Passport BMW walked me around the car and noticed another issue with a second tire. In addition noticed my fan button was peeling and offered to replace it and the housing loose around my rare view mirror. It is refreshing to see a dealership who's staff understands what customers come to expect with warranty service and are not trying to nickel and dime you through the entire process. Pantelis also recommended my oil change since we were very close to the change due date. I'm not big on writing reviews but these guys really go the extra mile. Much appreciated!!

Jeff Steel is DISHONEST - STAY AWAY
Jeff Steel is a finance manager that is very disrespectful and dishonest. He will lie to your face and get an attitude as if you are the one lying. I would stay away from Passport BMW until they realize how unethical Jeff is and take appropriate action to terminate his employment. Do not buy anything from Jeff and if possible just skip Passport all together. There are plenty of good people out there to deal with, no need to go through the same pain as I did with Jeff and Passport.

Great Experience!
I enjoyed the purchasing of my new car. I had not purchased a new car in sixteen years! Passport made the experience great. They were helpful and very patient in assisting me. The environment of the dealership was very friendly! I have already recommended Passport to my family and friends!!!

My experience at Passport BMW is always professional and the service is excellent. My service advisor, Mr. Ray Frye is very knowledgeable & professional. He provided me with all of the services that were perrformed on my vehicle he had it cleaned and delivered by 1:30 on the same day! Now thats some service!

Failed state inspection. Skipping important service items.
The review is of the SERVICE. Sales experience was great and I consider coming back. The service has deteriorated significantly over 6 years. I was extremely disappointed this summer. This is why I decided to write this review. Here are my latest experiences with the PASSPORT BMW Service: 1. Safety issues introduced after a job done on my car. Safety inspection failed next day! Issue was fixed after I came back. At the same time, an apparent steering whleel issue was not fixed since they were not able to diagnose it after 2 attempts… . As a result I had to go back to another dealer and fix it. 2. Alternative shop recommended to replace both (2) vanos solenoids. I requested to do the job which was promised. After I looked at my job summary upon return home, only one vanos solenoid was replaced. As a result I will have to pay deductible twice and waiste my time again to fix it ! 3. Denied servicing my car under maintenance. Denied changing oil after about 14,000miles and after 1 year. Denied to accept in writing that they carry all responsibility and liable for safety of the car resulting from their denial. ! I had to take a loaner and after 2 days learn they will do nothing !!!! Double time spent with no reason!! 4. Bite and switch. Upsell . recommendations NOT based on your specific needs : 2 years ago I was persuaded that based on may specific “car needs” I have to get warranty and maintenance packages. I paid around 2K for maintenance and had 1 oil change and 2 sets of wipers. Since now oil change is running $74 I lost around 2K altogether !!! NEVER buy maintenance- it is worh nothing!
