    I purchased a car from here on June 27th 2014 and the only thing that we were waiting to get fixed was the A/C unit. Adam the salesman at the dealership... is not trustworthy and has poor customer service.It has been almost a month and he keeps giving me excuses as to why the car is not fixed. He did provide us a loaner, but his not responsiveness makes me thing that this may not even the a Prado vehicle. As a hardworking middle class American, I value my time, family and money and I have been totally disrespected by this guy Adam and this dealership. I would not recommend this place to anyone and If I had did a little more research, I would have found the similar complaints. They got their money but have not delivered so I'm seeking a refund.

    I recently purchased a 2004 Honda civic from them almost a month ago and its running great. Great customer service and very easy to work with. Any concern... I had they were right on it!

    I found these people are very dishonest. Lied to me on several occassions about what was fixed on the car and problems with it. They knowingly sold me... a lemon with transmission issues, i plan to report them to the dmv. Buyers be aware!

    I BOUGHT THE ACURA MDX FROM PRADO AUTO SALES THE SERVICE WAS WONDERFUL AND THEY TREATED ME WELL AND WITH RESPECT. THEY HELP ME WITH ALL OF MY QUESTIONS... AND WE DID THE DEAL ON MY TIME. THEY EVEN STAYED AFTER HOURS WAITING FOR ME SINCE I GOT OUT OF WORK AFTER THEY CLOSED. I WOULD HAPPILY TELL ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO GO TO THEM TO BUY A CAR.

    I bought my 2003 jetta from prado auto sales and after a month the check engine light came on , so I called them and they told me to bring the car to them... , I didn't expect them to fix it but they did and I pick the car with no problems , great dealer , great customer service.

    I had bought my Accord from Prado Auto.I had a great experience and everything was explained to me over the phone,before I even came in there.They helped... me get the loan and the car financed before I drove from Virginia although I have credit problems they really worked with me. i would definitely recommend them if your in the market for a used car.

    I Bought this car from prado auto sales in durham , the customer service was awesome , they were really nice people, they did everything they promised... to do, and i got the best deal in the car , also they give a free 90 days warranty, i really like my car,

    This dealer put up a car for sale before he had it prepared to be sold. I called him on numerous occasions to see if he had it ready. He told me one morning... I could come that afternoon and promised to have it ready. Instead, when I got there he was at an auction and would not be available for several more hours. I called the next morning and did not get a response. He does not follow up and does not keep promises to call back. Not a good business to deal with.

    We never promised when the Car would be ready. We did post it,but then we found out it needed some work so we decided to make sure everything was fine... before we sell the car.We don't want to sell a car that needs work.we want to make sure our customers are completely satisfied with our cars.Our mechanic had some issues with some other car that he was working on,and couldn't get to ours when we needed.We kept on telling you the Car isn't ready and when it is that we would call you.The reason we didn't call you,because it still wasn't ready.You still called at least once or twice a day and we kept saying When it is ready we would let You know. you didn't give us any breathing room and the car wasn't ready.We kept telling you when the car is ready that we would call you,but You still kept on calling everyday and sometimes twice a day. We don't want to sell any cars if they have any issues.We will sell them when ready and make sure our customers are completely satisfied.

    The 2008 Ford Fusion at this dealer has serious problems. I took it to a mechanic prior to purchase and the back wheels are bent in, the breaks are in... trouble, and the transmission fluid is black. Bad fluid is dark red and brown...not black. This indicates a serious problem. Also, there is a lot of corrosion, probably due to moisture in Michigan. Don't buy it.
