Semi-annual service
I am very impressed with everyone at Lexus of Serramonte. Dean has been taking care of me for years. He goes above and beyond everytime I bring our Lexus in. He also referred me to Raj in sales. Raj was great. I wanted to take a look at the new RX 350RL. Beautiful SUV except for the 3rd row. It's made with young families in mind. I will not be buying one.

Satisfaction and excellent service
I moved from sf and I have my car at Serramonte although I’m close to Lexus silver creek at Santa Clara I still comeback because my service adviser dean devastating makes the difference. He is excellent in customer service .
