I've had the best experience ever at a dealership. Sales and finance were very friendly, providing a world class customer service. Timing was beyond m...y expectations. From the test drive, to delivering my new vehicle, my day was still wide open in oppose to spending many hours wheeling and dealing with no results in my favor. Jim was straight forward, meeting my desired vehicle and financial/monthly payments goals in less that 20 min. We are really looking forward to going back to Stewart Chevy/Jeep/Dodge in 2 months, buying a new car for my husband as well. Made in America and sold at Stewart is the only way to go!

I brought my vehicle into the service center to get a pair of brake pads installed. That's all. As soon as I got my vehicle back, the engine lig...ht came on, and while braking, the car began to jerk. In addition, I checked under the hood and the engine was shaking. I was too pissed. The vehicle is a newer model, that had no issues prior to bringing in. I immediately brought the car back to the shop to find out what was going on. My service advisor Bill seemed like he didn't care at all. After a diagnosis, it was found that a cylinder misfired, and it was just a concidence that this occurred. I called the manager Joe to complain. His response in a nut shell was "F you. It's your fault, and we wont compensate you you for anything.". I will never ever go to this service center again, nor will I purchase another Chevy. I experienced blatant disrespect, horrible customer service, and a manager who don't care about operating in good faith, or customers investments. In final thought, STAY AWAY from this place!!!!!!!

I've been here 3 times in the last 8 years. It's very clear that the Salespeople who work here are not interested in selling cars. Their faces are bur...ied in their phones and they look annoyed if you interrupt them. On my latest visit, I was looking for an ATS-V Coupe. The sales person was barely present during our conversation. On my previous visit, we were buying a Chevy Tahoe- wanted to buy the one on the lot, went home to get my wife, the GM decided to drive it home despite the fact that it was in the middle of the day and we had an appt. In both cases we drove across the bay to buy the vehicle, at a location where the employees greet you, and you can actually buy a car. We love the dealer so much that we actually drive 45min just to get our car serviced there.

Came in for an oil change and the shuttle took 2 hours to come then it wasn't worth me leaving cause they said it will b ready in 1 hour....I been her...e 3 hours now and still waiting....service its too slow...not acceptable

Unfortunately the Service Department does not reflect the nice buying experience. I've brought in my vehicle for several warranty repairs and they can...'t seem to fix my 2015 Suburban. They don't offer loaner vehicles and the shuttle service is incredibly unreliable. Worst of all, instead of trying to solve issues, they say I can take up my problems with General Motors directly. They don't take criticism well, even when they deserve low ratings for the customer experience, they become vindictive and won't engage with customers who voice concerns. The Service Mamager/Customer Experience Manager wouldn't even take the time to meet with me in person to discuss my issues. Overall, I had a good buying experience but I DO NOT recommend the service department.

The gentleman who signed me in was great. The driver who took me home was the best. However, you need more drivers or a better system. I waited 1 1/2 ...hours for the ride, then had to go to SF first, before going to my home in Millbrae.
