    Avoid this place like the plague. when i purchased my original GMC Terrain, I was so thrilled with my experience that I went back and purchased an Acadia.... My transmission had issues. left my car with the service team 12/21/19. they were backlogged. Got it back 1/31/20 (5 weeks!). they were "sorry" and could not give me a loaner due to the backlog. I borrowed cars from family, friends and got rides with co-workers to work. Other moms picked up and dropped kids off at school. I exhausted every favor from friends and family Got my car back. Transmission issues were NOT fixed properly. Brought it back to dealer on 2/21/20. As of today, they have not looked at my car and tell me it's probable another month to look at it and make repair. Again said "sorry" they can't give me a loaner or help me even after I explained that I was stranded without a car and 3 children (car seats included). They don't care. 3 kids and a full time job. Trying to get rides to work, move car seats to family and friends vehicle because GMC of White Plains doesn't care. Shame on White Plains GMC. Think really hard before purchasing and servicing your vehicle at this dealership. It's not worth it people.

    I just leased a 2015 GMC Acadia and I cannot say enough just how great an experience I had with White Plains GMC. Originally I was working with another... dealership and after shopping around no one could beat the price that white plains GMC was offering. I spoke with Vic on the phone and he was very friendly. I have four children and he completely understand that my time is precious. He gave me all the information about the car upfront. There were no surprises when I went to the dealership. He then introduced me to Robert who completed the deal. He was also super friendly and straightforward. The whole experience was excellent from the sales to the finance department. Even the people working the front desk were helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend White Plains GMC to my friends and I will definitely be back.

    Steer clear of this place. We have never met such an incompetent, dishonest lot of hucksters in our lives. They don't properly prep their vehicles for... sale. We had to register our own vehicle after they sat on their hands for over a month and a half. Once they have your money they will not return your calls. Very unprofessional!!!

    DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP TO BUY A CAR OR REPAIR ONE! I recently brought my car to the dealer to to have it repaired! They told me I needed a radiator.... This work cost me $1000 ($600 was labor)! They also said my transmission fluid was empty and they had to fill it. When I got my car back it did not feel completely fixed. About a month later when I brought it in for an oil change I asked them to check the transmission fluid and the work they did again. After that they told me that I needed transmission flush! I didn’t understand how if they were the last ones who touched it and they said they filled it. Later I find out they should have performed the flush when they did the radiator work and put in the fluid! The two service advisors who helped me both had diffident stories and lied to me! It took me almost a week to get a manager on the phone. I was emailing and leaving phone messages to no avail. Finally after arguing with the manager he agrees to do the flush but tells me I have to wait 5 days until he will be back in the office! Terrible service and awareness of customer needs. The day before I go to bring my car in for the flush the transmission no longer works. When I go to check the fluid they did not even fasten the cap and I’m sure all my fluid either leaked out and or got even dirtier! The end result is that this dealership is filled with employees and managers who lie to customers, tell them they need work done that they don’t, perform the lowest quality of work, and then cheat people out of their money! They don’t want to take responsibility for any of their action and I feel like they are just a bunch of thieves. The people at this dealership are the worst kind of people and I hope that they don’t continue to treat people as they have me and steal, and lie to customers. It’s really a shame that they can get away with this. I am now bringing my case to small claims court to plead my case as well. Do not bring your car their for repairs or they will ruin it with careless work. And if you buy a car from them they will get you at the end. I dealt with Bill Shwank (manger), Diego Montesdeoca (service advisor), Benny Sosa (service advisor), and Nelson Badillo (sales manager). All of these individuals treated me like trash, lied to my face, and refused to help me with the situation they put me in! Please protect yourself and don’t let them do this to you or anyone you know!

    I bought a Buick LaCrosse From this dealer about 7 years ago and had it serviced there during that time period. I always found the service staff to be... thoroughly professional and, most importantly, communicative. The waiting area is pleasant and I was able to get a ride to work when necessary. While having that Buick serviced, I needed a loaner car and they loaned me a new Envision. I really liked the car and the sales staff gave me a GREAT deal on a lease. This was confirmed by a relative who is in the car leasing business. I continue to have the car serviced at this dealer and I am happy to recommend others there.
