I just leased a 2015 GMC Acadia and I cannot say enough just how great an experience I had with White Plains GMC. Originally I was working with anothe...r dealership and after shopping around no one could beat the price that white plains GMC was offering. I spoke with Vic on the phone and he was very friendly. I have four children and he completely understand that my time is precious. He gave me all the information about the car upfront. There were no surprises when I went to the dealership. He then introduced me to Robert who completed the deal. He was also super friendly and straightforward. The whole experience was excellent from the sales to the finance department. Even the people working the front desk were helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend White Plains GMC to my friends and I will definitely be back.
Satisfied with service provided at this dealership. Work was done on time. Service advisor was helpful.
Professional and extremely helpful. They completed everything on time.
Everyone at the dealership is always friendly, professional, and makes one feel at home. The facility is welcoming in appearance as well.
Excellent experience! Professional and attentive. Made the car buying process smooth and fast.
If you want a truly easy car buying experience then go to White Plains GMC/Buick go see Robert Asurbo we bought 2 cars there and one was easier than t...he other NO HASSEL and I didn't sit there for 3 hours. I just went for my first service and that was great also. The staff at WP GMC/Buick from sales to service they are fantastic!!!
The sales team went 'above and beyond' to get me the Verano with the features I needed. They couldn't have been more accommodating!
Trisha, the service rep who handled my repair processing is a gem!! She went the extra mile to assist in securing an extra rental day for me with Ente...rprise- a true sign that she cares about clients and is dedicated to her job!
Mark, my service advisor, provided a great experience. I had a flat and had to almost deconstruct the rear compartment of the car to lower the stupid... donut under the car to replace the flat tire. I brought the tire in and had it replaced and on a subsequent visit brought the car in for just an oil change , and they put the donut back under my sport ute and placed the rear compartment items, Including the Jack In Their proper places, for no additional charge. Unexpected but appreciated. I could have purchased a new tire elsewhere, but with service like this, why would I ?
I took my car in for rear brakes , oil change cabin filter and the service light was on.. after all the work was done it was over $1,000 even though ...the service light was on only because I was very low on oil. When I went to pick up the car they couldn't give it to me right away because I had a dead battery...I was told that somebody had left the door open.. ? Was it open all day?. After a jump start, as I was driving home, I checked my oil gauge and they had never reset it... so it read that I had 0% oil life remaining (right after an oil change).... whatever. ... The next day I received an email follow-up survey from GMC which I answered honestly about my experience. I thought nothing more about it. Today I got a call from one of their customer service guys..who was basically upset with me because I dared to leave a negative review about my experience. When I restated that I thought the price was expensive, I was told that "no it wasn't expensive at all"....(okay whatever you say guy)... I then replied... "I guess my battery really wasn't dead either?" To that ..he then insisted that I bring the car in so they can check my battery out for me. When I told him I didn't want to.. he actually became aggravated... I guess because I wasnt going to do exactly what he was telling me to.. Why would I want to miss more time from work.... so they can possibly screw something else up or probably try to sell me something else. I certainly was not happy with the price and the dead battery etc.. but I wasn't annoyed enough to take the time to write a negative review until I received this ridiculous phone call from the "customer service" guy. The guy acted more like a salesman who was going to get a commission if I brought my car back in to the dealership and had any service done, or receive a bonus if I retracted my survey review. My advice is to go someplace else or at least don't be foolish enough to honestly answer their online survey.... you might be harassed afterwards like I was...
