If I could leave no stars I would begin there. The outreach team for online inquiries are about the best service there is here. They are speedy and thorough with the information they provide in that regard. HOWEVER, after purchasing a vehicle, every service fell drastically short. I traded in my Toyota tundra 14 CrewMax for a beautiful Barcelona red Toyota Tundra 16 double cab. Laura, the sales associate made sure I got the asking price I wanted for my old tundra to get into the double cab. However, after I signed all of the paperwork and drove the truck home, i discovered the front bumper was not properly attached to the grill, the clips did not align making the front of the grill a liability as it was flopping and dislodged. I messaged the next day and did not ask but informed them I would be bringing the vehicle back in the next day for correction. Long story short, I am currently sitting in the same dealership over a month later, having had to bring this truck back x3 as the first two times they did not properly attach. I live an hour away from the dealership, it is not a close distance so it's quite the inconvenience to have to come back a multitude of times. The irritation does not end there, when I had signed paperwork, Gio, the finance advisor had informed me the vehicle came with a pre-installed tracking system called Stargard, as well as Gap. I did not opt for these added features, I was told they were installed and could not come off. I never received a welcome email from stargard to access said install, I called Gio x3-4 times and left multiple vms in hopes he could provide that info as I was told by other members of the dealership it would need to be provided by him. Gio never returned my calls, nor did I get an email. I spoke to another finance officer to who told me, Gap was not mandatory on a vehicle and could be removed, same as stargard. Gio, the finance officer lied when we signed paperwork and I was given incorrect information. When I brought my vehicle back the second time for a fix, I had also searched out Gio for information and he snidely told me that my credit union had declined my loan, asking me why? How was I to know? But the tone and attitude he had was far from professional. Fast forward to today, as I sit here waiting for the new grill and clips to be attached to my truck, I asked if Gio was here. Gio acted as If I did not know what I was talking about, when I informed him, I had attempted to get ahold of him, but he never responded, which was why I was now standing in his office. The incompetence and lack of customer service from this dealership is beyond me. Each time I had brought my truck back for a fix, I had to leave it here, taking a rental, no one ever called me for updates, I had to continuously call and hound and get the information. The guys kept acting like it was some great service that the dealership would take care of the fix, I informed them I had purchased a 31k dealership from them, it was the right thing to do. Vehicle purchases in a time of inflation are a big deal, take your money to another Toyota dealership if you want good customer service because it's not here. Thanks for your time.

He said he seen it on Carfax so I downloaded Carfax and there is no accident very dishonest company. I mean employees at this company.

Wonderful purchase and service of 2008 Toyota Prius. And same with 2012 Prius C, and 2014 Prius. However when 2008 prius was rear ended and totaled the dealer showed its negative management styles. Antioch Toyota would not sell me a Toyota Prius Prime. Yet salesman called me to tell me they had one to sell me A silver ToyotaPrius Prime was found on their lot me. I had wanted a red color, but since I had no car since my 2008 had been rear ended on a freeway, I decided silver prius prime was okay. i showed up and the salesman wrote up the sales contract. But on inspection the 2022 Prius was not a prime model, and the salesman was taken aback by my refusal to purchase a model that I had not specified. And he would not locate or oder the car I had specified. Next day I got on the internet and located a 2022 toyota prius prime at North Bekersfield toyota. Next morning I took Amtrak to Bakersfield and purchases the car even though it was white instead of the red color I preferred. So the sales department of Antioch Toyota has defects, and Don, the sales manager just makes excuses when I complained of past customer sales problem. Today, 11/14/2023 I brought my 2022 toyota prius prime for its 9:00 am appointment servicing. I had had a problem in the past by having my key separated by the service agent at Antioch Toyota. my service agents have been Eddie Hidalgo, and John Carter since 2008. I asked that my keys not be separated by the service agent. Agent said it was for my safety that he had to separate the key. Yet, I insisted my keys not be separated. He refused to service my car if he could not separate my key. I asked to talk to the managed, and was referred to Don who turned out to be sales manager, Don told me he had nothing to do with maintenance or repairs, and John Carter was the manager I was to see. John Carter sitting at his desk was looking clean and important in charge of service department. He would not service my car if the key was separated, even though since 2008 my keys have never been separated as required for service. Since John Carter would not let my car be services unless the key was removed from my keys I left letting him know I would never get my cars serviced at Antioch and purchase anymore toyotas from Antioch Toyota. John Carter would not comply with my wishes. I drove to Concord Toyota where Sara Walter set me up with a 10:40 appointment, And Cendy Ruiz-Rodriquez had my car serviced and I was out on the road done at 12:00 noon. I will be dealing with Concord Toyota if management there focused on positive customer service. I had asked to speak to the dealer manager, yet was not directed to Lori Candelieri, or Steve Peralta the managers who are listed below.

Jim Benham works internet sales. He found my 2023 RAV4 Hybrid Limited during my first call and I had it in my garage in 10 days! I was impressed, given the extremely high demand and lack of inventory on the best selling SUV multiple years running. The RAV4 Hybrid Limited has more than expected. Besides the LED fogs lights, I love the 360 POV feature on the larger infotainment screen and the panoramic sunroof definitely adds more flare for all while driving. This is my first hybrid SUV that does not disappoint in my Toyota history of a Tercel, Corolla S, 2 Celica’s and 2 Camry’s (of which I still drive one of each). Yes the EPA is spot on and I’m averaging 38 MPG.

Update to their yelp response: They are full of it I haven’t received any call from Antioch toyota or spoke to anyone in the management they also lying again , and yes my car is salvage title with or without extensive damage you guys took it had it for days to inspect the problem and if you guys are professional wouldn’t diagnose it wrong from the get go and diagnosed it wrong and wanted me to pay for parts that my car didn’t need they still have my car as we speaking, Guys take your business somewhere else I own a 2012 toyota Camry that i bought like many other cars in auction I'm a tech and i can fix cars but when it comes to programming and other dealer related i take my cars to dealer if they ever need any fixing: This car had airbag light and srs light and its not passing smog or chp inspection i took it to Antioch toyota dealt with the buggiest xxxxxxxx "carlos" took the car in for diagnostics he said today end of the day j will have some answer anyway 2-3 days passed then he call me said you car need this n this n that i said ok go for it how long would it take?? He said give till tomorrow said ok ... Tommorow passed and on week passed bo calls called him back he said we got good and bad news i said whats it ? He said problem is fixed however passanger seat warning is on i said why i will not take the car after spending all that money and time he said your car need this part i said how much he said four hundred and change i said do it he said ok will call uou today or tomorrow to pickup 10 days later no call i called him and didn't answer lvm and he called me two days later said your vehicle is done and there is something that i would like to disclose in person i said what was it he said the same warning still there so not fixed however we replaced the part ??! You car is garbage and got body damage and we are not a body shop i said my car didnt have no damage i have pictures and proofs and u need to give me my car and refund he said parts already replaced but didn't fix the problem??? So carlos hunged up on me Guys take your car to xxxx or to the worst local mechanic but not to this scam dealer Called me 3-4 times with each time asking for more money and a job was estimated to br 2-3 days now its been over a month i will sue these guys very hard and they can keep my car .

It could not have been easier to buy my car. I searched and found the car on cars.com, clicked check availability, and in a short time, I heard from Laura who was awesome. I went to Antioch Toyota and after seeing the car in person, was on a test drive in no time. We arrived back at the dealership, filled out the paperwork.
