Our original plan was to test drive a cpo 2018 mdx advanced trim. We wanted to buy it, but could not agree on the price. Nazir, our sales specialist showed us the rdx advance trim and took it for a test drive. We felt it was the right vehicle for our family. We ended up buying it. We’re happy with our decision and Nazir was very patient with us and was very helpful. If you’re looking to buy an Acura, go see him. The facility is small though and looks dated. Overall, we’re happy with our purchase and our experience at Acura of concord.
inept service and bad customer relations
I had to jump start car. Drove to Acura. They charged battery, said it was fine. 2 hrs later had to jump start again. Drove to Acura. Left car with them for battery stress test -- supposedly. They said it was fine. Drove car home. next morning would not start. Called tow service. Took car to different repair shop. They immediately diagnosed bad battery. Bought new battery. Repeatedly called Acura and left messages asking to get credit for years on old battery which I bought from Acura; it expired after 3 yrs of 5-year life. After 3 days service manager called back. said I had to bring battery in so they could test it. She was less than friendly, even though I have been a customer for 30 years. Refused to offer any compensation for all the time I wasted. No one ever admitted Acura screwed up. Service manager also refused to keep old battery and refund battery core charge. She said, "we don't want your battery." After I left the dealership, Acura called to say the battery was bad. They had an employee drive to my house to deliver my old battery -- the cost of the employee's time for this 30 min. roundtrip drive must have exceeded the $18 refund I requested for the core charge. Acura definitely sent me a message -- they neither valued my long-term business nor cared if it continued in future.
Dont buy a car from this dealership
I bought a 2010 acura TL my paint had an issue under warranty. I paid 500 toward the paint job not choosing where the car got painted. One and a half years later clear coat coming off and they wont do anything to fix it so disappointing

The Hendricks team at Acura of Concord was very helpful. They did not have the car (Black 2020 TLX v6 with Tech package) I was looking for in their inventory but was able to locate one and had it transported to their lot for me and got me a great deal too.

This is my 2nd Acura and both cars have always been serviced at Acura of Concord. The service department; from Keith Williams and John Diggs in parts, to Donna at the service desk and especially, service adviser , Ronnie Garcia, have provided excellent service. For the past 15 years the care and service I've received from Ronnie Garcia has been exemplary. As a woman bringing her car in for service, you hope to find someone who treats you with respect, explains the work that is needed and doesn't recommend unnecessary repairs. When anyone asks me about my Acura, I always tell them that one of the reasons I've stayed with Acura vehicles for so long is because of their service department. You'll probably never see your salesman again but you will see the service department. How you're treated, the quality of the work performed and how you feel when you leave are important considerations when purchasing a car. I would highly recommend the service department at Acura of Concord.
