    I leased a 2016 RDX at the concord location and had a wonderful experience. It was my first time leasing and Rezaul Bashar was so patient and helpful throughout the entire process. He made sure all my needs were met and was always quick to respond to any question I had. I love my new Acura!!     Took my Acura in for a recall. Left it there for 3.5 hours and when I returned they had not even started the work. Second time I have had a problem here. Last recall they left the inside of the car dirty, told I could have a loaner and then informed it was not true when I arrived at the dealership and did not even bother to wash the car. I have purchased 2 Acura from this dealership and always used them for service. I will no longer conduct any business here.
