Generally good service. As like the case with most...

Generally good service. As like the case with most dealers they try to sell you extra service beyond what you want. TPS system sensor is not reading and they did not fix it. Just added air to get the light off. This still needs to be addressed.

Worst service department

Horrible customer service , just a rip off they can do anything to make money even if they have to kill some one which they tried to do with me , I had my car in good condition I went for oil change and I came back with broken car , my engine died on me middle of the road , I could have been in a accident because of that , Service department purposely broke my perfect car which had no issues just to make make you out of me , Shame on you guys making money is that important for you guys ? What happened to Ethics and morality ? I?m a single mom ( a widow ) what would happened to my kids if would get in a accident and died ? I will not recommend this dealership or their service department to any one .

Pohanka Chevrolet employees and service technicians areaways courteous and informative. I usually wait for my oil change/service since it is done in an amount of time that is good.

Pohanka had a fine selection of automobiles and a fine facility. The salesperson was friendly, cordial and professional. Pohanka staff quickly worked to obtrain reasonable financing.

Mr AMad was a good sell man

The sell man Mr Amad and the General Manager Mr Hunter are very professional everything went on according to my plan. I would be gland to refer family and friends to the dealer.

Do not come here

Terrible service. You bring the car for a small issue and they mess up the entire engine . Do not go to this place .
