Needed a car for our daughter and ended up more than hour away from home. Couldn't have had a better buying experience. We didn't purchase a... Rover or a Jag and were still treated as if we were buying the most expensive vehicle on the lot. No wonder the place is always busy. The next time we're in the market, we will definitely be back. I recently purchased a 2011 Nissan Altima. I was greeted by a friendly sales person named Darrin Griffin AKA Griff. Mr. Griffin was very knowledgeable... and affable. I explained to him my reason for purchasing a new vehicle and some of my concerns. I plan on working with Uber shortly) There was a discrepancy regarding the availability of a warranty. Mr. Griffin expeditiously resolved the issue and had me in and out of the building in a very short period of time. I would definitely recommend Jaguar Land Rover of Annapolis since my experience was very pleasurable. Griff would receive five stars.

Frank, the salesman, and Andre Butler, the IT person r from he Jaguar dealership in Annapolis, Md. were the most attentive and professional people we have... ever met. They couldn't do enough to explain all the features on the car, which were so many to count. They even sent Andre out to the house to personally go over all the features on the car in our driveway. Their service at the Jaguar dealership in Annapolis is outstanding.
I live 1.5 hours away and still returned to Frank to purchase my second Jaguar. Excellent customer service- never any pressure. Frank knew what I was... looking for and very patiently kept looking until the perfect car was available. As with my first Jag I will continue to use this service department- again great customer service.
