GREAT!

Great car. Great Customer service. Great atmosphere. They're not kidding when they say BEST PRICE! Everyone is really kind and helpful, they really go out of their way to make the process bearable.

Worst Auto Dealership in Florida

Stay away from this dealership. They are very unethical, unreliable and not trustworthy. Run as far as you can from this dealership. They damaged my vehicle and lied that they didn’t.

Damaged Vehicle - Horrible Experience

I recently made a purchase with this Dealership. The experience left a lot to be desired. My salesperson, Natalie was the only positive from the entire experience. During my purchase, they damaged the bumper of my other vehicle and I have been chasing them down for several weeks to pay for repairs. I question the integrity of this Dealership and specifically one of the other salesman who damaged my vehicle. I would never buy another vehicle from them.

Purchased a 14 Honda CRV

Victor was attentive, communicated well and was polite and kind. I didn't feel like he was trying to take advantage or overcharge me like the last guy I dealt It. He was fair. I will look for him next time. Thanks.

Major car problems, be aware.

I am very disappointed on this company. They sold me a jeep that was in terrible condition. No oil, bust up radiator and transmission, no tune up at all. When i mention the additional issues and cost, they sold the jeep to a third party company. Hence, i cannot complained or return it. Cars not worth it and dishonest people.

The biggest joke

Went in for a wrangler but was told that they’re super unreliable and that I should get the car they sold me instead. Turns out they pushed that car on me so hard because it has a lien on it and they realized that they could take advantage of me. It took me about a month to catch on that something wasn’t right because they refused to give me the title and registration for the car, instead they’d just give me temporary tags that ended up being fake and they’re so stupid that they couldn’t even put the correct information on the tag. After doing my research I found that the car has been in hiding but they refuse to tell me the truth. I had to go through the bank that I got the loan with to report them for fraud, and now we’re in the process of having best price dealer buy the vehicle and contract back from me so that I can buy a car at a reputable dealership. These guys are unprofessional and take advantage of people who are in a tough situation and need a car fast. Scammers. We will be getting an attorney soon to begin a lawsuit.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!! DISHONEST LIARS!!!!!!!

FIRST, as soon as I sat down with the finance manager. He ADDED $3000 TO THE ADVERTISED PRICE!!!!!!! He then made VERBAL PROMISES to uphold the salesguy promise to fix the hole in my leather seat and the chipped paint but refused to put it on paper. He then asked for my phone to enter oil change info BUT HE ENTERED FALSIFIED REVIEWS AS IF HE WAS ME, GIVING HIS COMPANY STELLAR REVIEWS!!!!!!! They sold me a car with NO GAS. I RAN OUT OF GAS ON MY WAY HOME!!! MY CAR WAS FILTHY AND NEEDED AN OIL CHANGE. They ended up ‘fixing’ the hole in my seat with CRAZY GLUE!!!!!!! THEY LITERALLY SLATHERED IT WITH CRAZY GLUE THEN FOLDED IT OVER LIKE AN ENVELOPE!!!!! ON A JAGUAR LUXURY CAR!!!! Now they avoid my calls or promise to call me back and don’t. They’re dishonest and snobby. The finance folks are plain RUDE, UNFRIENDLY, AND SNOBBY. They act like they’re doing u a FAVOR and not like you’re spending your hard earned money. My sales guy Alex needs to go work for an upscale, HONEST establishment. These ppl don’t deserve him.

Honestly, this was the best car-buying experience I've had. They weren't pushy or shady... None of the things you fear going into a dealership. Every one was professional and proficient.

my experience was great and I will definitely be using this service to buy my next car. If I had a question, a friendly and knowledgeable associate was always available to answer it. It was easy and everything went as planned.
