I really enjoyed my transaction and experience with BMW

I really enjoyed my transaction and experience with BMW of Fremont. Sam and Alex were great to work with, very professional and made things very seamless without much pressure. I would definitely come back for my upgrade, lol. I would however take one star away as I thought there could have been more effort around the detailing of our purchase.

Took more than 4 hours waiting in the shop for express

Took more than 4 hours waiting in the shop for express oil change service. Service advisor managed to sneak out during work hour. Very bad experience. If possible, I will leave zero star rating for this dealership.

Went in for my car service.

Went in for my car service. Scheduling of the appointment was straight forward. The service manager took time to make be understand the 20K service details and what all would be done during this server and how long it would take. The vehicle was ready in time and all the necessary work done were conveyed.

The experience was awful due to extremely poor customer

The experience was awful due to extremely poor customer service. My vehicle was at the dealership for nearly a month with no communication unless I made contact to inquire about the status. Each time I was told a needed part was coming from Germany. I should have been updated without complaining to the GM.
