A Bunch of Clowns - Stay Clear of Victory Honda

A pathetic group of clowns - there is no reason to even talk to these people - they are the worst of the worst. Hard to believe that they are still in business. There are many ethical Honda dealers that care about people and Honda. Victory Honda of San Bruno is not one of them.


Horrible customer service

By far the worst service I have ever received, nothing wrong with sales people it was the manager for the used car department Kenny noori and Sam. First it started with me test driving the car and looking at it and sam came out and started taking pictures of the car while I was looking at it i was in half his pictures even before test driving it I said I wanted to buy it. Then we ran our credit to start the paperwork and first he needed pay stubs then proof of address then bank statements for direct deposit for three months then this then that. Like I didnt buy 6 cars for you guys in the last few years and I recommend and had Mutiple people come buy cars from you. Kenny kept insisting that I was a month late on my other car payments and I kept telling him NO I was a week and a half late due to moving. I felt like they thought I was lying and it was a problem to sell me the car after a week and a half negotiating driving down to the dealership 4 or 5 times and calling everyday I gave up and just went to another dealership. I even asked to speak to the manager above him and he wouldn't allow me to speak with him. I DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO DEAL WITH KENNY OR SAM THEY SHOULD BE FIRED. The most unprofessional, unhelpful, and misinformed managers I have ever dealt with. The manager before him was amazing but they went WAYYYYY down in customer service with these guys. I will not return or recommend this dealership to anyone. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN YOU HONDA YOU LOST A VERY LOYAL CUSTOMER.

Never coming here again !

This review is for service. I will have a separate review for when I bought the care. I came in for service because my A/C wasn't blowing cold air. I told the Service Adviser that I had purchased the Car Doc extended warranty. He stated that the repair wouldn't be covered because the A/C is still working, it just isn't blowing cold air... Then it isn't working !! He stated that if the A/C didn't turn on, then then it would be covered. I then asked about the brakes because there was a grinding sound and the rotors were warped. When I bought the car, the Salesman stated that because I got the Car Doc Warranty, oil changes and the brakes would be covered. They said that the brakes are only covered when enrolled in the Car Doc Maintenance Program. They said that is different from the Car Doc Warranty program. I was misinformed. Or they are feeding me BS. They did give me the option to pay for them to look at the A/C and see why the A/C wasn't working but, I declined. It's obvious that it isn't working because the Freon is gone. There is a leak somewhere. My car isn't even 2 years old. I have an old 2003 Pathfinder that is still blowing cold air ! Stay away from this dealership ! You have been warned. Visit at your own risk.

Second lease

Just completed our second lease. Smooth transaction and all parties walked away happy, I feel we got a good deal again. So I am happy to speak up for them.. Thanks André Dixon and team. Recommended.

Horrible Customer Service!

I was called into Victory for the second time within the past 6 months, assured I qualified to trade my vehicle in. I had expressed to manager that called me, that I was told I qualified last time, however when I got there that was not the case. Can you believe AGAIN today I did not leave with a new vehicle? Now I have two unnecessary inquiries on my credit. Lastly, when I expressed my concerns to an employee over the phone. She asked me to hold, then abruptly hung up the phone. I use to recommend victory to everyone who listened, but now I am very much so opposed. I only recommend their service department, however their sales team sucks! Patronize this business at your own risk.

Got scammed by the sales/manager and rude manager

Avoid this place, I happened to be too late to avoid, I got my car on Jan 2, 2019 a CRV, the sales guy Alfred promised my to take out the cash price accessories of $125.- but when I got home and review the sales contract, I saw that they never remove it. I went back today Jan 4, to the Show room as he promised to take care of it, but it turned out a scam. He and his manager are both scammers just to sell the cars, they will promised you everything, and then when you claim it, they deny it, after signing the contract, they become rude as xxxx. The front office guy/the manager is even worse, he said you already got the good deal just to cut me off from claiming the $125 they promised to take off. What a disappointment and dishonest practice of business. Avoid this business place, go somewhere else, Anderson Honda is better, I regret not to go there just because they are farther. Rude and unprofessional, zero after sales customer service, AVOID THIS BUSINESS before you regret. I wished I could return the car, I am all disappointed.

Called for service department

I called because my tire pressure light was on I wanted to speak to service dept. the woman who answered my call said she could schedule an appt, what was the problem . I told her I had my tire chNged at a tire place and now the tire wire light was on. She asked how I was going to get to the dealership and talked about the several options. Had she let me speak to the service manager I could have resolved the situation. However she continued to say I needed an appointment. I was so frustrated I started to google my problem. My question was answered every time you have a tire changed the warning light has to be recalibrated. Just by pushing the button in the car and the light will go off. Problem solved!!! All she had to do was let me speak to a mechanic ...

Salesman lied, and staff is rude

The salesman lied to me. When I called, the receptionist was rude and proceeded to give me the run around. Sleezy, dishonest, rude. Honor your deal, own up to your mistakes, and treat your customers better. Will never come back.

never buying another honda again thieves

Long due review . Sold me a brand new car with dent underneath so i went to complain and right away they blame me it was my fault . so here is what going to happen i will never lease another Honda from this thieves again. All i did was took the car parked over night in my yard notice the dent in the morning . at the end of the lease i am fixing this and i will return this car and go to another dealership Toyota. i suggest anyone to read this and never do business with this thieves again

Don't waste your time here

Don't go to this scamming place! They will lie to get you in to waste your time. They agreed with 18k for a Honda civic OTD. Asked multiple TIMES to confirmed and they said YES, YES , and YES. Took time off from work, went to the bank, got the cashier's check, and pre-approval, and arrived at the location. Went to meet Nurin who I was working with, but she avoided me. Sent me to another rep. At this point, I knew something was fishy. They denied me 18k offer and refused to agree with it. Don't waste your time at this place. Here is text to prove it!
