Victory Honda of San Bruno had a vehicle listed online at a lowered price of $25,888 and when I reached out they shared that the price was actually $35,888. They shared it was a mistake and quickly fixed it the next day. This would be more believable if the "corrected" price was lower than it was before the "mistake" price. Per the Cars.com pricing tracker, it was listed at $35,488. Price lowered to $25,888, "mistake price". Price was "corrected" to $35,888. After the car has been on your lot for 33 days, I'm totally sure you meant to raise the price. Completely deceiving and manipulative to get clicks and lure customers in. Will not ever shop here again and will let others know the same.

Don't bring your vehicle there for service
My new vehicle had 4200 miles and Honda stated that it needed a software update to fix a bug. I went to Victory Honda for the update. Months later, when I was cleaning the trunk, I discovered that it was missing the jack and all the associated accessories. The software update at Victory Honda was the only service this vehicle ever had - so it's apparent that they took the stuff.
Don't bring your vehicle there for service

Horrible, customer service.
Horrible, customer service. No one is trained with warranty knowledge. Still trying to get claim started from warranty and have been scolded and treated like a child every interaction. When asked about my needs response is “deer in headlights”

It’s just a horrible place to get your car serviced here....
It’s just a horrible place to get your car serviced here. I arrived at the appointed time and found a queue of cars going into the service department. It took a whole hour before a service personnel to process my car. I was told it would take 2 hours to have a simple oil change (20k) done. I trusted the estimate and waited the duration but it is still not done nearly 3 hours later. It’s now closing in on 4 hours (not including the drive time to the location). They eat up your time without any consideration. Don’t go to them. They’re untrustworthy.

Worst service ever! They are are bunch of rude and inept...
Worst service ever! They are are bunch of rude and inept group of people. Brought car for a tire that blew up and when I picked up car, Pilot still has a bunch of error messages that were safety critical. Pilot is less than 1 year old and was going to be charged diagnostic fees.

A Bunch of Clowns - Stay Clear of Victory Honda
A pathetic group of clowns - there is no reason to even talk to these people - they are the worst of the worst. Hard to believe that they are still in business. There are many ethical Honda dealers that care about people and Honda. Victory Honda of San Bruno is not one of them.
