Love the renovations overall but do not like the new
Love the renovations overall but do not like the new customer intake area. I like the old cubicle setup better where there was more space for the advisor and more privacy for the customer.

The auto service consultant write up guy name, Glenn Chu
The auto service consultant write up guy name, Glenn Chu is scammer. Dont' trust that guy. My starter got burned out and needs to replace. I asked him in dec. 20, 2025 (sunday) how long it will get to fix. He said, it takes only a day and if the rat cost the problem. I will have to pay $300 diagnostic. but it took for a week, 7 days to fix it. So, I called in the next day monday, he was telling me is still under warranty and I don't to pay $300 but I need to pay $431 for new battery, but the battery is only 2 years old in 2023 Honda Accord. And was telling me that my engine oil over filled with 2 quarts. Trying to take out my warranty. I said, just replace the battery and starter. But the oil is not over fill with 2 quarts trying to blame me for it. THE 3RD day, Tues, I called Glen to get an updated. He said, the parts is special order, and does not know when the parts is coming and will call me but never did. I called him again on dec. 26 and telling me they're short of people at the shop and will call me back on that day but never I recieved a call from him. I DECIDED to go on dec. 27 at the auto service shop to talked to him personally. Finally got an answer from him. He said that my car is done and getting done with the paper work. Ok. This time he said that the oil over fill is 4 quarts. I said, last time you told me is 2 quarts even though is just over the line and now telling me 4 quarts? I SAID TO HIM, i think you're lying. And he pops up like angry bird, yelling at me that I have bad attitude and threatened me and he wants to take out my under warranty on my car. He shuts his mouth when I told him that our conversation is recording on my cellphone. The new battery i got from them is not new xx!
