Don't bring your vehicle there for service

My new vehicle had 4200 miles and Honda stated that it needed a software update to fix a bug. I went to Victory Honda for the update. Months later, when I was cleaning the trunk, I discovered that it was missing the jack and all the associated accessories. The software update at Victory Honda was the only service this vehicle ever had - so it's apparent that they took the stuff.

Horrible, customer service.

Horrible, customer service. No one is trained with warranty knowledge. Still trying to get claim started from warranty and have been scolded and treated like a child every interaction. When asked about my needs response is “deer in headlights”

It’s just a horrible place to get your car serviced here. I arrived at the appointed time and found a queue of cars going into the service department. It took a whole hour before a service personnel to process my car. I was told it would take 2 hours to have a simple oil change (20k) done. I trusted the estimate and waited the duration but it is still not done nearly 3 hours later. It’s now closing in on 4 hours (not including the drive time to the location). They eat up your time without any consideration. Don’t go to them. They’re untrustworthy.

Worst service ever! They are are bunch of rude and inept group of people. Brought car for a tire that blew up and when I picked up car, Pilot still has a bunch of error messages that were safety critical. Pilot is less than 1 year old and was going to be charged diagnostic fees.

A Bunch of Clowns - Stay Clear of Victory Honda

A pathetic group of clowns - there is no reason to even talk to these people - they are the worst of the worst. Hard to believe that they are still in business. There are many ethical Honda dealers that care about people and Honda. Victory Honda of San Bruno is not one of them.

We purchased a brand new car from victory honda San bruno, we were promised a high quality customer service after buying. But what happened is totally against that. We found lying and misleading. We dropped off our brand new car off there to check a rattle and what cause it, then my wife received a car with big a crack on the windshield glass, the car had no crack on before the dropp off, we talked to the service manager he claimed that it was there before and they didn't drive the car outside the parking lot, how is that possible and the mileage increased by 6 miles, and how they examined the claim if they didn't drive it .at the end they didn't take any responsibility and that will cost us 2000 $ or more to replace the windshield glass

Called to schedule service appointment for a basic oil...

Called to schedule service appointment for a basic oil change service - asked how much and was told $84.95. Appointment set and went in for service at scheduled time. First the advisor tries to up-sell a $700 list of service items (that were almost all inspection items, along with replace an air filter, lube door openings and add fuel additives) like its all badly needed, all without even looking at the car first. I tell him the appointment was for a basic oil change service ONLY, and then its 113.95 (still high very an oil change service, even in the Bay Area). Then he said he "unchecked everything" and its 99.95 for the oil change. This place USED to be good in previous years (I used this dealership over the past 8 years), but now I would recommend avoiding this dealership for any service your Honda vehicle. 100% disappointed and this dealership should be shut down the way they run business now. There is no more honest and integrity left at this dealership.

WORST customer experience. The sales staff is very rude and unprofessional. Different sales person quoting different prices for the same car which breaks the trust of buying the vehicle.
